Staying true 17 April 2023: The Episode starts with Paragi telling Gulshan’s mother that someone permitted her to study UPSC. Gulshan’s mother asks whom? Paragi takes Gulshan’s name and thanks him. His mother asks Gulshan, what she is saying? Paragi thanks Gulshan again for supporting her dream and says you are a very good person and thanks him again and again. She says if I get scholarship then it will be due to her. Gulshan thinks what happened to her, if she is upto something.Pramod tells the employee to publish the results along with the candidates photos and says media eyes are on this test. Sanjay comes there and shows Paragi’s paper.
Pramod says you have taped it and brought it and asks if he forgot his insult. Sanjay asks for a chance for Paragi. Paragi tells that she is very lucky that he is supporting her. Romi says Gulshan ji is supporting Paragi, it is good. Parashar praises Gulshan. Sanjay tells that Paragi shall get a chance and tries to convince him. Gulshan says Paragi. Paragi says you asked me to keep it as a secret, but I think I shall not hide. Parashar says I couldn’t get good groom like you for Paragi. Rumi says I have become Jija ji’s fan. Sanjay asks Pramod to let Paragi study. Pramod asks if you can’t see other than that girl. Sanjay says you can’t see her efforts too, and says she has left her ring ceremony and came here to write the test. He says she has shown courage, we shall show honesty.
He says she has talent like me and asks him to check her paper once. Pramod takes her paper and goes. Sanjay says I know that you have written this test with so much difficulty and I will help you achieve it. The guest praises Gulshan for his thoughts. Atul says we shall do the engagement. Paragi looks at Gulshan. Chanda takes Paragi and Gulshan to make them sit on the chair and asks Shiva to bring the plate. Shiva brings the rings. Chanda asks Paragi to make him wear the ring. Paragi recalls her dream and Parashar’s words. Gulshan smiles and forwards his hand. Paragi makes him wear the ring. Everyone claps.
Sanjay comes there happily and sees Paragi’s engagement happening with Gulshan. Gulshan makes her wear ring. Paragi looks at Sanjay who is teary eyes. Sad song plays….Sochliya tu khwab hai mera…He is taken aback and goes out. Gulshan stares Paragi. Paragi thinks I got engaged to Gulshan to save my sister’s marriage, but will walk with my dreams. Gulshan’s family leave. Gulshan is still outside the house. Shiva asks if he can’t go without meeting Paragi. Gulshan tells Paragi that she is very clever, although look innocent. He says you got what you wanted. She says you have started the game by clashing the engagement timing with exam timings.
She says you have selected UPSC aspirant, who is ready for theory and viva exam. Gulshan tells that she will be Mrs. Gulshan Dubey after marriage.He says you couldn’t write your test fully and asks her to forget her dreams. He says I am your dream and not UPSC. Sanjay comes there and shows sweets box. He forcefeeds laddoo in Gulshan’s mouth and says congratulations. He asks Paragi to eat it too. Paragi asks I…Sanjay says yes and shows the scholarship certificate. Paragi smiles seeing it. Sanjay tells Paragi that she has scored highest marks in scholarship test, and says you shall have pen in your hand and not this ring. He asks her to throw ring at Gulshan’s face and asks her to decide what she wants to do. He again asks her to free herself from this ring and don’t stop her fingers, says it is your childhood dreams to clear UPSC exam and this will not fulfill with the marriage.
He asks do you think that this guy will fulfill your dream, and asks her to break her engagement and concentrate on her dream. Paragi says I can’t do this, as my family has chosen Gulshan ji for me, but I know how to manage home and dreams. She says I will manage my marriage and education altogether. Sanjay goes to his bike. Paragi says gulshan ji knows that I will not marry, until I complete my education. Sanjay says do you think that he will let you study. Gulshan says message me your coaching timings. Sanjay says bye, sees Gulshan holding Paragi forcibly in the mirror taken by someone and gets angry. He breaks the mirror in anger and gets his hand injured. He then pays the money for the broken mirror and says sorry. He wears his helmet and goes. Paragi thinks why is he worried, what is the reason? I shall know.
Sanjay’s mother telling him that Paragi got admission in their coaching centre. They see his hand bleeding and asks what happened? Sanjay says I am fine, and got the injury in love. They are shocked. Abhay goes to bandage his hand. Pramod and Devi come there and tell everything about Chanda humiliating them. A fb is shown. Devi says you will not believe that Paragi’s aunty had acted like fish market and humiliated Pramod too. Pramod is angry. Rumi comes to Chanda and says sorry. Chanda says you both got saved, else I would have done tandav. Rumi goes. Paragi apologizes to Chanda. Chanda goes. Parashar says lets’ sit and have fun. He tells that Sanjay told him and says whatever he did is appreciable. Paragi says yes.
Devi tells that Chanda’s language and arguments are third class that she is ashamed to say. Pramod says we have bear for Sanju and says we shall make sure that he focus on his studies and not behind that girl, else he will be left behind and that girl will go ahead of him. Paragi takes out the ring and keeps on the table. She opens the book to read and thinks about him. She thinks I wish I could make you understand and says may be you understand seeing this, and post status message. He reads her status and imagines her in his room. Pass Aaye…song plays….Paragi also imagines him.
Next day in the class. Gulshan brings Paragi to the institute and parks his bike outside the class in the corridor. Sanjay looks at Paragi and hides his hand. Gulshan says this is my perfect timing. Paragi sits beside Sanjay on his bench. Professor comes there and asks them to sit. He asks Gulshan what is this? Gulshan says I came to drop my fiancé to her class. Sanjay asks sir to tell him that whoever comes to drop the student, stay outside and don’t come in the class. Gulshan comes back to Sanjay and asks if he is irritated. Professor asks him to leave. Paragi asks Gulshan to leave. Gulshan says ok baby, all the best. Paragi looks at Sanjay’s injured hand. Gulshan looks at them and thinks to stop them.
He comes there and sits between them shocking everyone. He says first day is tough and asks her to focus. Pramod comes there and sees bike in the corridor. He asks what is happening here? Pramod asks Gulshan what is this misbehavior? He asks Sanju if he understood why nothing shall be given to anyone for free. Paragi says sorry. Pramod asks him to get up and get lost. He asks Paragi to go to garden and not here. He asks Gulshan to leave and says students come here to study and not to see the monkey drama. Gulshan says you are taking me lightly, and says my brother is Police and my uncle is politician. He says if you threaten me then your institute will be raided and locked. Pramod asks Sanju what is this ridiculous? He gets angry on Paragi.
Sanjay’s mother tells his father that Paragi is in his heart and he is in love, but he will not lose his focus. She says he will become IAS. Her husband tells that Paragi is a sorted girl, why did she get engaged? After the bell rings, Gulshan asks her to come with him and watch film. They leave. Sanjay says don’t know what you saw in him, I won’t let him treat this way.
