Gazal recalls Dua telling the family that she can become a mother naturally. She says I wanted to give a child to Haider before Dua but God took this chance from me. This is unfair with me. Gulnaz comes there and says you are a villain. Gazal says you can’t be loyal to anyone. Gulnaz says I will go to hell if I am on your side anymore. Gazal says I will bring hell for you in this life only.
Gulnaz says you have no standing in this house anymore. Gazal is about to throw a vase at her but Gulnaz runs away and says you are going to be jailed soon. She runs away. Gazal says I have to do something before Hina gets her memory.
In the morning, Dua prays to God for Kaynaat and Hafeez’s married lives. She prays for her family. Haider comes there and says you prayed for everyone and for Gazal too? Dua says she is my enemy but I want her to come on the right path. Haider says you have no evil bone in you. Dua says I don’t want to waste my time cursing her out. I just want God to protect us from her sins. She smiles at him and prays for him.
The nurse comes to the doctor and she tells him to destroy the IVF sample for Dua as she doesn’t need it anymore. The nurse recalls how Gazal begged him to give her an IVF sample as she wishes to become a mother.
Gazal is crying in her room and says I have lost everything. Why is God doing this with me? I will write my fate, if Dua comes in my path then I will kill her. She gets the call from the nurse and he tells her that he has arranged the IVF sample for her. It was for a patient but she doesn’t need it anymore so you can use it. She says I won’t take some other man’s sample like this.
He says you shouldn’t worry about whose it is. Gazal ends the call and recalls Haider giving his sample and thinks it might be of Haider. She calls the nurse again but he cuts it. Gazal says I can’t lose this chance. She calls him again and apologizes to the nurse, she says I can take your sample. The nurse says don’t call me again, you don’t care about the sample so get lost. He ends the call. Gazal says I can’t lose this chance, I have to do something. I have to get that sample at any cost.
Dua gets ready for the function, Haider says you look prettier than the moon. I want to spend all my life with you. Dua says when you look at me with love then its everything for me. Haider says I want to hold you in my arms for life. He says lets make our relationship stronger. He hugs her and says you are mesmerizing. He tries romancing her but she runs away. Dua smiles and runs away from him. Haider smiles and says I pray for her happiness all the time. Dua is running away and bumps into Gazal.
Dua accidentally bumps into Gazal, preventing her from falling. Dua questions Gazal’s absent-mindedness and insists that she should thank her for saving her. Gazal, considering Dua her enemy, refuses to express gratitude, claiming she would not have done the same in return. Dua dismisses the expectation of thanks, acknowledging Gazal’s lack of empathy. Dua emphasizes that Gazal, being a demon, cannot comprehend human emotions. Gazal, expressing her dislike for Dua, warns her not to interfere and leaves.
Later, Dua assists Kaynaat in preparing for her wedding, getting emotional seeing her in bridal attire. Kaynaat, feeling shy, anticipates Hafeez’s reaction to her appearance. Dua congratulates Kaynaat but also guards against the evil eye. Hina observes this and tries to recall where she heard those words before but struggles to remember.
Hina confides in Dua and Kaynaat, expressing her confusion about having said those words but being unable to recall the context. Dua and Kaynaat reassure her, suggesting she take time to think and remember. Dua, recalling the doctor’s advice, believes Hina will remember everything during her happiest moment. Dua rushes off, while Gazal heads to the hospital with a sinister plan.
Meanwhile, Dua persuades Haider to wear their wedding attire, intending to recreate their wedding day to help trigger Hina’s memory. Gazal arrives at the hospital, determined to stop the destruction of Haider’s biological samples. Despite facing resistance from the wardboy, Gazal manages to halt the disposal, believing she is destined to carry Haider’s child.
Haider and Dua, in their wedding attire, reminisce about their beautiful moments together and help each other get ready. Gazal, on the other hand, faces a confrontation with the wardboy, who scolds her for interfering. She attempts to deceive him with lies about her family troubles, but the wardboy sees through her act and orders her to leave.
Meanwhile, Gulnaaz praises Haider and Dua’s decision to wear their wedding attire. Dua shares her plan to recreate their wedding day in hopes of triggering Hina’s memory. Gazal finds herself unable to escape the unfolding events.
