Saras and Kumud 5 March 2025: The Episode starts with Saras getting checked bu the doctor. Vidyachatur asks the doctor when will the wounds heal. The doctor says don’t worry, it will take some time. Saras says Kaka I m fine, don’t worry. Badimaa is with Kumud and says I don’t know how much Pramad has hurt you and no one was there to heal your wounds. Kumud cries. Badimaa hugs her.
Badimaa asks her not to cry. She says go to your room and rest for a while. Yash’s mum comes and says yes go and think what you did. She says was it right to send your husband to jail infront of everyone. Kusum says Kumud did the right thing. Yash’s mum says everyone are laughing on us, Kumud was with Saras the whole night. Kusum replies back saying Pramad has shot Saras, thats why Kumud was with him. Saras comes there with Danny.
Kusum looks at Saras and leaves. Saras tells Vidyachatur that it would be tough for you to trust you, but I take my mum’s oath, I… Vidyachatur says don’t make me ashamed by clearing anything, I m thankful to you that you saved Kumud, you don’t worry, we will see everything.
Danny is packing his bag. Danny says I will go, you stay here for few days. He says what will happen to Kumud now.
Kumud says whatever happens, the decision is taken and I have to tell everyone. Kumari comes and says do you remember I was sad one day and we played that game and my mood changed, shall we play the game again. Kumud agrees. Kumari says lets start with you. Kumari asks her some questions. Kumud answers. Kumari says shall we fly kites. Kumud says no, Kusum and Kumari take Kumud with them.
They come on the terrace and asks Kumud to fly the kite. Saras sees Kumud happy with her sisters. Saras gives them some tips to fly the kites. Kumud looks at him. Saras comes to Kumud and flies the kite. Kusum and Kumari smile seeing them. Someone calls Kusum and Kumari and they leave. Kumud and Saras fly the kite together. Saras talks about their old moments. Kumud says yes, the time was something else, now the time has changed. Saras says you are right, the time has changed now, I should leave. He starts leaving. Kumud stops him and he says I can’t stop. She asks why.
He says because people will ask whats the relation between a kite and a thread. She asks him to answer them saying the kite is incomplete without the thread. He says he can’t answer them and says I have hurt you a lot. He leaves. Music plays…… Kumud cries.
Kalika talks to Pramad’s mum. Pramad’s mum scolds her and says you all are after Pramad. She says I have always taken care of Pramad, so I tried my best to save him and today I came here to save him. Pramad’s mum is blind in Pramad’s love and says tell me Kalika can Pramad kill anyone. Kalika says no, he can’t do this, Kumud has done this to get saved. Pramad’s mum asks her how to save Pramad. She says ask Budhidhan to make a call and Pramad will be here with us. She says you have to make Budhidhan agree to this.
Badimaa talks to Saras and says I asked you to leave when I came to Budhidhan’s house, now I m asking you to stay here. He says I can’t, I m sorry. Badimaa says stop for Kumud’s sake. He says I m leaving because of her, till I live here, people will question here. Badimaa asks what about you. He says I promised Kumud I will levae when she is safe, and the day has come. He touches Badimaa’s feets and hugs her. Badimaa cries. She says I made your favourite Aloo curry, have it. Saras hugs her and cries.
Kusum comes to Kumud and says Saras is going, stop him. Kumud says by what right. She says he made the decision to leave without asking me. Kusum runs. Saras is leaving the Desai house. Kumud looks at him through the window. Saras tries to see her looking up. Danny says bye to Kumari. Kumari asks him to keep mailing. Kusum comes to Saras and says stop Saras, you are also looking for Kumud. He says yes, to see her the final time. Saras leaves.
Budhidhan talks to his wife and says what do you want me to do. He says you know everything. She says tell them Kumud is lying about Pramad. He says the law will decide whats true or whats lies. He says I m not a common man, I have responsibility about the society, he tells her you should have taken care of your son and made him a right man. He says I can’t do anything for him being his dad. She says I will not eat anything till Pramad comes home.
Kumud comes to the hall. She tells Vidyachatur about her decision, Everyone looks on. The phone rings. Budhidhan calls and tells Vidyachatur that I want to tell something, so put the phone on speaker. Vidyachatur says I can’t ask Kumud to talk to you. Budhidhan talks to Kumud and says if you think I have always supported you, can I talk to you and your family. Kumud says yes. He says Pramad has done a big mistake, and he says I did not know Pramad would do this, but Kumud is my daughter, I also got hurt by seeing whatever happened. Kumud asks about Pramad’s mum. He says she has decided she will not eat food and water till Pramad comes back. Kumud is shocked.
Budhidhan tells Kumud I m not asking you to forgive Pramad, but why should Pramad’s mum gets the punishment instead of Pramad. He asks Kumud to take the complaint back for her sake. Vidyachatur says I won’ let Kumud take the complaint back. Pramad’s mum cries and requests Kumud to give her Pramad back. Badimaa argues with her and says how can you expect this. Budhidhan requests. Kumud says fine, but on one condition. Kumud says I want divorce from Pramad. Everyone looks on shocked.
Saras unpacking his clothes. He sees a envelope with a smiley and says Kumud’s letter. He reads it. Kumud writes that I have the answer, she says you came to me after I said no, you stayed in my in laws house after I said no. She says can’t you stay in our house without my saying. He says if you stopped me, I would have not gone. He touches the smiley and smiles. Pramad’s mum speaks against Kumud infront of Budhidhan and Alak. Budhidhan supports Kumud. She says you should have understood Pramad. Alak says you have made my life hell for Pramad’s sake and now please don’t make Kumud’s life like it,Alak asks Budhidhan to free Kumud from Pramad.
Kumud talks to Budhidhan and thanks him. The next morning, Vidyachatur says Kumud, think again,
you can’t trust Pramad, Kumud says I can trust Budhidhan, he promised that he will make Pramad give divorce. They leave from the Desai house. Kumari calls Danny and tells him. Danny comes to Saras and tells him everything. Saras is shocked. Saras rushes and comes to Kumud’s house. Kusum sees him. Budhidhan is waiting in the police station for Pramad. Pramad’s mum is happy to see him and asks him how he is. Pramad says I m fine, I knew it that you will bring me out. Budhidhan says Kumud made you free. Alak says Kumud is asking for her freedom and she is lucky to get a chance like this. Pramad looks on.
Saras asks Kusum why did you not stop Kumud. Kusum says because Kumud is getting her life back. Saras says Pramad will not change and will be after Kumud. Kusum says even you did not change, Kumud has forgiven you but you left her again.
She says Kumud is lucky to see this love, you both have love and trust between you. He says there is also pain in this love. He says I have given her suffering for the whole life. Kusum says you both can be together again. Saras looks at her. Vidyachatur comes. Saras says atleast you should have stopped her. Saras asks where is Kumud. Vidyachatur says she dropped by in the market as she had to buy something. Saras comes to her and says why did you do this. She says I got what I wanted, my freedom. He says you should have asked me. She says where were you. He says Pramad will try to hurt you. She says yes, I know.
I knew nothing will happen to me in that house, you know why. Saras says I should leave. Kumud says for always. Kumud says I should do everything asking you and you will make your decisions, will you decide that I need you or not. She says you did not ask me before leaving me. She says you did not go even when I slapped you, but today you are leaving without asking me. I want you to be with you, support me, so stay with us.
Vidyachatur and Badimaa comes to Budhidhan’s house. Pramad welcomes them and greets them. Vidyachatur looks at him angrily. Pramad says so Kumud needs divorce from me, show me the papers. Saras comes with the papers and says its here.
Saras greets Budhidhan. Pramad says how dare you come here. Saras says what did you think, I will let my family come here alone, he asks him to sign the papers. Pramad takes the papers. Vidyachatur asks Budhidhan to take the money back from Kumud.
