Reach for the Stars 11 May 2020: Raghav holds Kalpi up, sudden shock spreads on everyone’s face Kalpi goes and grasps Kalpi’s hand and drags Kalpi. Raghav and Kalpi are shocked at Kamla’s reaction.
Kalpi comes home and says why are you doing this ? Kamla says why you crossed your limits what would people there say thart you were trying to make him fall fr you. You are about to get married. You will do as I direct. Vitthal says your Ai is right Kalpi. I don’t want people to talk about you on your back.
Scene 3
Sammy asks Raghav to stop. Raghav says whats wrong with Kamla maa. She just said yes and now she is behaving like that. Sammy says I think she wanna meet your elders. Raghav says let me call her. Sammy says she os upset so not now. They are people of chowl they don’t find all this good. They don’t meet before marriage. If she wants you both to stay away before marriage then whats worng with that. Raghav gets a call from kapi. Kalpi says I am sorry Raghav I know you are hurt with what ai did. Raghav says no don’t be. i know why she did this. Raghav says I know she doesn’t find it good. Kalpi says Ai thinks I got you stuck. Raghav says she is right I guess. I know what she thinks that we should not meet before marriage. Kalpi says maybe.
Scene 4
Kamla asks Vitthal if he wants to eat ? Vitthal says I think you scolded her more than you should. Kamla says she is about to be married. She should stay in her limits. Sammy was there as well. What would people say. That Kalpi made sammy fall and then Raghav. This is not good.
Scene 5
Nettu says Pakhi I felt so bad. She was trying to make Raghav fall for her. Pakhi says shut up nettu. Nettu says you are so innocent. She is so clever. Pakhi says I was dancing with Sammy as well. Nettu says why was Kalpi upset when Kamla dragged her. You don’t know girls like Kalpi. She c an do anything to fulfill her dreams. Pakhi says stop it nettu you are so disgusting. I love Kalpi and Kamla maa. She talked to Raghav about me and you aere saying that about her daughter. You are jealous because i call her maa. Nettu says no matter what you says I am your mom and think about you. You were blind in Kamla’s love and now in Raghav’s. Keep all girls away from Raghav. Till then me and your dad will talk to Raghav.
Scene 6
Next morning, Sahil and Nettu come to Gauri’s room. Sahil says lets kill her. Nettu says no we can’t do her nay harm here. People will doubt us. Kepp her here and work on her memory. It should not recover. You should not come in front of her. Just 10 injections to be injected and she will not recall anyting ever. Sahil says okay I leave this all to you. Nettu goes in and Gauri wakes up. She says what am I doing here ? I have to go to Kamla. Nettu says yeah sure you have to take the medicine first. A nurse comes in. Gauri says I don’t need any injection. Nettu says this is better for you. Nettu holds her and the nurse is trying to inject. Kamla comes in. Gauri shouts please leave me. The nurse injects it and she falls unconcious. Kamla comes in and looks bewildered. Nettu is feared
Kamla comes to Nettu’s home. Gauri is shouting and Nettu is trying to get her injected. Gauri falls unconcious suddenly kamla comes in and asks I heard her shouting why was she screaming ?
Neetu says not at all. She is sleeping. You should go she won’t feel good there in chowl. Kamla says no she is my responsibilty I can’t burden you. Nettu says Poki was my responsibilty but you helped me. Kamla says she feels better in the chowl. Nettu says I feel like she is a rich lady. She can’t live in that chowl. She feels good here she has all the facilities here. We have nurse here for mummy ji. Kamla says okay for a few days I will keep her here. Nettu says yeah until you get free with Kalpi’s wedding. Pakhi comes . kamla asks how are you ? she says I am good. Kamla says tomorrow is Kalpi sakar pura(some wedding ritual) you have to come. Pakhi says thats my home as well. Kamla leaves. Nettu says to poki focus on Raghav. Pakhi says don’t tell me what to do. Nettu says to nurse she should not leave the bed after 15 days.
Scene 2
Kamla comes home Vitthala asks where is tai ? kamla says I left her there at Nettu’s home. She doesn’t like noise and people. she will feel better there. Kalpi s about to get wed so there will be a lot of people here. Vitthal says are you sure about your decision ? She says i think so. Kamla says we will but an AC after wedding for her.
Pakiya comes in and says Sammy has come with his parents. Kamla says they should have informed. kamla asks Vitthal to bring thr refreshments. kamla starts cleaning the house.
Scene 3
Kalpi is with Raghav in the car. She asks where are we going ? Raghav says Sammy is going to your home with his parents your baba wanted to meet some elders.So Sammy went there with them. Kalpi says but you should have talked about it first. Raghav says you know how uncomfortable am I with all this. They will talk in a better way. kalpi asks how will he handle ?
Raghav says you don’t know him he can handle everyone. He knows how important you are for me.
Scene 4
Sammy comes in with his parents. Sammy says sorry i came without informing. Vitthal uncle wanted to meet my parents. Kamla introduces them to Pakiya. she says we have brought Kalpana up with so much love. I think I should tell you that I was a maid before. But now Vitthal works in a factory and kalpi works with Raghav and Sammy. Sammy’s mom says no work is small or big. His dad says the most important this is the character. Sammy and Raghav respect you people a lot. Vitthal comes in. Kamla introduces him to them.
Vitthal sits with them. He says sammy is such a good friend of Ragahv. His dad says Raghav is like our son as well.
Kamla says why didn’t Raghav come then ? Sammy says he was busy with something. Now the relationship is made he will keep coming. They are leaving. Kamla says we liked him a lot and now after meeting you we are more than happy. His dad says all the rituals will be done simply. We will come tomorrow. Kamla asks Vitthal to give the shagun money. Kamla gives it to sammy. Sammy is dazed. Vitthal says this is for Shagun don’t say no. Sammy takes it. They leave.
kamla says our Kalpi is getting married. kamla says we have to distribute sweets. pakiya is in tears he says when did Kalpi grow up. Vitthal says have you gone mad ? he hugs him. Vitthal says stop it everyone is seeing you. Pakiya says look am I a good actor or not ? Vitthal salps him with love. He says i am going to give audition for a competition.
Scene 4
Kamla says i can’t believe that ourKalpi is about to get wed. There is a lot to do. We have to buy clothes for Kalpi and Sammy and a gold ring. Kamla starts collecting money from whole house. She gives him a miney box. Vitthal says we have been saving in it for her. She has grown old so we have o break it for her.
Scene 5
Kalpi comes in a shop with Raghav. Kalpi says here ? He says oh please I went to street shopping for you. We have to buy a ring for wedding come on. Kalpi says we can buy it from somewhere else. Raghav says we will buy from here. SAmmy calls him and tells him everything. Ragahv says so am i getting engaged tomorrow. Pakhi comes in the shop. She sees Raghav with kalpi. Raghav is making kalpi wear the ring. Pakhi wonders what are they doing there ? Suddenly rings falls off Raghav’s hand and goes to Pakhi’s feet. Pakhi asks you guys here ? Raghav says we came here to buy Kalpi a ring. Come and help your friend. Tomorrow we are going to buy a dari for engagment with sammy and his parents.. Come and help us. Pakhi says so Raghav is helping sammy. Kalpi is choosing a ring for herslef. He goes on the other side with Pakhi and choose a ring for Kalpi with Pakhi. He wonders how ot figure out the size. He asks Pakhi to show her hand. he makes her wear just to check. Pakhi thinks he is buying for her. Raghav sasy i bought it for the lady I love the most. Ragahv says Kalpi will be so happy with the ring.
Kamla and Vitthal are making list of what to buy. Kamla sks Vitthal to change the shirt so he will look handsome.
kalpi calls them and says Sammy sir’s parents wanna buy a sari of your choice. Kalpi says okay reach with them to the market. She tells kamla that pakhi is gonna come as well.
There is banaras mayank asks gunjan how she made this plan ? Gunjan says what can I do. The girl who had to go for inter college debate is ill so i am he replacement. mayank says how will you go alone? She says there are a lot of girls with me. he allows her. Gunjan leaves. Seema later says to Mayank how could she leave without telling anyone. She should have informed me. Mayank says situation didn’t allow her.
Kamlaa reaches the sari shop and asks for different saris. Kamla says they are so expensive. Kamla says all we have is for you. Raghav brings cold drinks for everyone. he holds Kalppi’s hand while giving her. Kalpi is trying different saris. Pakhi asks raghav you did this all for Kamla maa ? He says yes there is nothing greater than her happiness. Pakhi kisses him on cheek. Raghav and Kalpi both are dazed.Gunjan is on her way in the car. She calls Ritu and says she needs some help. She tells her everything. Gujan says okay she gets it and she will act as she said.
Scene 2
kalpi asks why Pakhi kissed him ? He says I don’t kno what happened to her. Kalpi says maybe its common in your society but I can’t imagine anyone else kissing you. Raghav says then you kiss me. kalpi says how can I kiss you here. He says I need a wife who can kiss me anywhere.
He takes in her a trial room.Raghav says I am taking your jealousy away. Kiss me here, you were jealous when Pakhi kisseed me. kalpi says no I can’t. Ai will kill me. Kalpi says I have to try the sari. He says I will make you wear the sari. He wraps it around her.
Kamla comes in the same sari shop. Raghav comes closer to kalpi and is about to kiss. Suddenly Kamla comes and knocks the, She says open the door and take these Sari. kalpi is so scraed. Raghav hides behind the door and kalpi opens the door a little. Kalpi takes the saris. Kalpi says look I told you. Please leave it will craete a problem. He says please one kiss. Kalpi says no leave please. He leaves. Kalpi smiles.
Scene 3
Manda invites a sardar in his house and a bride is with him. Its Vicky and pihu is with him. He holds her hand. Manda says this is the alcove and I am giving on such low rates becasue you are newly wed. He gives the advance. Manda says you can live here now. manda goes out and Vicky takes off his fake mustache and beard. Pihu is trying to go out. Vicky says you are not allowed to go out. She says I am not your prisoner. He says yeah i won’t stop you this envelop will. The envelop contains the photos of them together. He shows all the photos to her and says I will show all these photos to your husband and your dad if you don’t listen to me. I know you won’t let it happen. Its gonna ruin your family name. He gets a calla from ritu.
Ritu says I am taking audiitions for a very interesting character. He asks when can I come ? She says whenever. Just tell us where you are so we can get how long you are gonna take. he says i am in andheri.
Vicky says to pihu that look youy are so lucjky for me. I got an offer. Pihu says to hell with it. He binds her hands with a rope and sticks a tape on her mouth. He says sorry I have to do this.Ritu calls Gunjan and tells her that she has invited him for auditons and he is in mumbai.
Scene 4
Raghav says if shopping is done then I can drop you to the chowl. Kamla says no we have to go somewhere But Kalpi and Pakhi will go with you. They leave. Kamla says we have to buy the ring for sammy. Vithal says we have only 4 thousand left. Vitthal says how about selling the ring your bough for me. They go to enjoy the pani puri.
Scene 5
gunjan reaches Ritu’s studio. She askw what to do now ? Gunjan says I have to hide and as long as he gets done with the auditions I will follow him. Actualy he has taken my sister here with him. I have no other concern with this actor.
Vicky comes, Ritu’s PA gives him the script.
Mayank calls Gunjan and maa is being doubtful that you are not in Dehli. Gunjan gets scared. She says i am in dehli where else would I go. he says I was joking. Vicky listens to her voice and says I heard this voice before. He goes there to check who is it. Ritu tries to distract him but he sees Gunjan. he sttarts running from there. Gunjan follows him. he is fleeing to save himself. He sits in an auto and asks to move. Gunjan comes there and looks everwhere but she can’t find him. Gunjan says I will find you out.Vicky says i knew it that someone must be cominf and I am ready for it, He takes out his turban and disguises as the sardar.
Scene 6
Kamla and Vitthal arrive at the mandir to do the pooja. Kamla asks Pandit ji that they wanna do pooja for her daughter;s engagament. She gives him the basket and places the ring in it. Gunjan comes there to pray as well and her baskets get placed besides Kalpi’s basket. kamla is praying for kalpi while Gujan for Pihu. Pandit ji gives Kamla’s basket mistakenly to Gunjan and she leaves with it. he gives other basket to Kamla. Kamla finds out that the ring is not in the basket.She tells it to Vitthal. they are so worried. Vitthal asks her to look carefully. Pandit ji says i guess i gave it to the other woman. She was wearing a pink top. kamla and Vitthal run to look for her. They look everywhere around but can’t find Gunjan. kamla says where would have she gone. Vitthal says there is no chance. Go home. Kamla says we have to aarnage the ring. We can’t buy another one.
They sit there in disappointment. Gunjan sees the ring in her basket and goes back to temple. kamla and Vitthal are on stairs. She shows it to pandit ji. he says they were so worried for it. its theri daughter’s engagment tomorrow. Gunjan says to kamla i am sorry but this ring mistakenly came into my basket. Kamla is so happy. She says you know its my daughter’s engagment tomorrow. We bought it for her. Kamla says we live here will you come in engagment ? Gunjan says i came from banaras just today. I will try to come. kamla says to visit mumbai ? She says no I came to find someone. kamla says you can come with us and live with us for teh days you are here. Gunjan says how can I ? She syas just like my daughter live there. Vitthal says yeah come ther will be no probelm. Gunjan says it will be easier to find vicky if she lives with them. She agrees and goes with them.
Scene 7
pakiya has decorated whole chowl with lights. kamla and Vitthal along with Gunjan come there. Pakiya asks who is she ? Kamla says its gunjan. She will live with us till kalpi’s wedding. Pihu is looking out.
Scene 8
There in banaras shayl is so worried if Gunjan will be able to find Vicky or not.
kamla is giving invitations in the chowl. A lady asks who is the guy ? Kamla says Sammy. She says Oh i thought its raghav. he used to come here. Kamla says no you should always maintain equality.
Kamla thinks in heart Raghav will be my son in law as well when he weds Pakhi.
Vitthal asks what is she thinking ?
Dayal asks shayl why is she so worried ? You even forgot to get me the milk. She says let me get the milk. He says no i know you are worried for pihu. Her husband is such a nice guy she will win hearts of her in laws. Look how he took her to shimla so everyone can be clear of doubts. he asks aren’t you happy ? She says no I am so happy. he says then lets go and sleep. He goes to bed. Shayl is so worried for Gunjan and Pihu.
Scene 9
Pihu is trying to shout with from a window. Kamla listens to her a little. Vicky closes the window and says I asked you not to look out. Kamla starts knocking at the door. she asks who is in ? Pihu starts making noises and she throws all the stuff. Vicky slaps her and be quiet. Kamla gathere some men. pakiya comes there and kamla tells her that someone was screaming. Gujan doubts is it vicky hidden there ?manda comes there and says whats wrong ? Its my room. Leave and enjoy the wedding. Pakiya aska manda to stay away from her. Manda says i have given my room on rent to a sardar and his wife. kamla says i came to give invitation.
Gunjan says this can’t be vicky.
Pihu is crying. Vicky says this is how i love. i pardoned your mistake but next time will ruin your life if you do such thing. i have an audition tomorrow. i will get this role. Pihu is in tears.There Gunjan says i am in mumbai but I don’t know how t find pihu didi.
Ubtan is being done on Kalpi by kamla and Gunjan. Kamla says don’t go out in the sunlight. Vitthal comes and gazes at her. Kamla says what are you looking at? Our daughter has grown up. Its Vitthal’s princess’s wedding.
She is about to build her home. All our dreams havr fulfilled. He smiles and goes out. Kalpi gets a call from Raghav. He asks how are you ? Kalpi says I am good. People are applying ubtan on me. Everyone here is so happy. Vitthal asks what about u=you ? he says I called to congratulate you. Its the first ritual of our relationship. Kalpi says congratulation. He says thanks. He says I am so happy but no one is here. Kalpi says don’t mind but can I ask you something ? Do have a little idea where you Ai is? Raghav disconnects the phone. he tries to tell himself that she should not ruin his mood today.
Scene 2
Kamla comes with Vitthal in the ground to look for the arrangements. Vitthal says its Ganesh pooja Pakiya go and take a bath.
The pooja starts Gunjan comes there too. Pihu is looking out from the window. She says there is only one way to get out. thats Vicky. I have to win his trust. I will steal my photos. She goes to Vicky and asks to remove the tape. She says I am feeling so bad its suffocating. He says thats your mistake. I wouldn’t have bound you if you didn’t scream. Pihu says I realize my mistake. My only benefit is in living with you. He says stop this drama. Pihu says no I know that my family won’t accept me. Its only you whom I can live with now. He opens the rope. She says can I go and fresh ? He says yeah go. She opens her bag and takes out some clothes. Vicky stops her and hides her face with dupaata and says this should always be covered. She nods and leaves. Vicky wears his fake mustache and turban.
The pooja is on going. Everyone is participating. Gunjan is there too. Pihu comes after bath and sees the people doing the pooja. Vicky comes out and says I asked you not to remove this dupatta. He her face and goes in.Gunjan turns and sees the dupaata that pihu has hung on the rope. She realizes that Pihu had the same dupaata.
Scene 3
Rachna gives tea to Dayal. He says because of last few days there had been trouble in this home. Well now they are on holidays. Its all better now. I just pray that you find someone like murli who can keep you happy. He asks are you thinking that you would end up your career ? i will find a guy who will understand your whims. Rachna says i know you will do the best for me. Your decision will be mine. She leaves and goes in. she wonders why she feels weird with the name of wedding. Seema chachi was saying why I keep on going to KT’s home when I don’t work with him anymore. Do I miss working with him ?
Scene 4
Gunjan comes forward and looh for the dupatta. Manda says why are you staring at my clothes do you wanna steal ? Keep your eyes to Kamla’s room. Shayl calls gunjan and asks did you meet pihu . She says no but i saw vicky tomorrow. Shayl asks did you meet pihu ? She says no but i will find her as soon as possible.Shayl says everyone is so happy here to know that pihu is on holiday with mirlu.
Seema comes in and shayl pretends like she is talking to someone else.
Gunjan says there are two grooms. Kamla says no the other one is his friend. The name of groom is Sammy. Gunjan says I though the other one is the groom. Kamla says he is the groom of my other daughter. Kamla asks Pakh to bring Kalpi. Kalpi comes out and sits in front of Raghav. Kamla asks pakhi to come and sit as well. Sammy asks why Pakhi ? Kamla says its a ritual that unmarried sister sits with the bride.
The rituals start and Sammy’s mom gives Kalpi the stuff. Kamla says Sammy come and sit here . kalpi, Raghav and Sammy’s parents are dazed why she is calling Sammy ? his mom asks why sammy ? Kamla says just like pakhi sat with kalpi. SAmmy and Raghav will sit together. Sammy and Raghav smile and sit on the other side. Kamla makes them both eat the sweet. Vitthal says all the rituals have been done. I invite you all to the ring ceremony. Gunjan says don’t know why but that dupatta is still on my mind.
Scene 5
Rachna gets a call from KT. He says miss Rachna i know you don’t work with me anymore but can I ask for your help ? She says yeah what help ? He says I am designing a dress for someone special. I want your help in it. She wonders is he designing the dress for his girlfriend.
Scene 6
Nettu asks Pakhi where is she going ? She says I am going for the dress alteration. Its kalpi’s engagement tonight. She says I have different plan for you we are going to paris with your dad. Its ben long since we went together. We have to talk to Raghav when we come back and you will shop for your wedding from there. Pakhi agrees and says let me inform Kalpi. Nettu calls the maid and asks her to look after mummy ji and don’t forget to give injections to Gauri.
Scene 7
KT says Rachna nothing feels good without you here. Suddenly he sees Rachna in a white dress there. He presses a button and some rose petal sprinkle on her. He shows the design of dress. Rachna asks whom is this for ? He says for the girl I love. She is so beautiful. Rachna says I think Kt black outline would suit more. Kt gazes her she is in her simple clothes. He says I called you here to add your touch in it. She says this is for your girlfriend. Can I ask who she is ? He says I will make you meet her. You will like her a lot. All the materials are ready you just have to help me in making. You will give this dress to her so you can meet her. Rachna is so shocked. She says I have to go out. she goes out and is in tears. She wonders why is she upset. She should be happy for KT.
The engagement is about to start. Raghav and Sammy sit together. Kalpi meets everyone. Kamla asks Pakh to sit with her. Pakiya says i welcome you all and lets start the lavanni for today. The dance starts, Gunjan is leading the dance. She is enjoying the dance a lot. Pakhi joins her. Gunjan looks at the sardar and feels like he looks like Vicky. Kamla asks whats wring ? She says nothing. She rejoins the dance. Kamla is dancing as well. Gunjan goes towards that side. Pihu is looking out from her window. Vicky comes and closes the window. He says what were you looking at ? There is no need to go down. He goes out and locks the door. Pihu is crying.
