Once there was a king 17 February 2022: Raaj Mata calls for doctor. Bari Rani Maa comes there, cries and says this is all because of that curse on Rana ji. Gayatri says no, she won’t let this curse be true. Bari Rani maa cries that nothing can be done now. Gayatri says she will do anything for him and Amirkot, she holds Rana ji’s hand and says nothing will happen to him. The doctor arrives, he gives him an injection and says poison was fast but Rana ji is safe now.
Raaj Mata asks how this poison came in the water of the water. Bari Rani Maa again insists that this is because of that curse, she can’t say what will happen till sun set. The doctor says he thinks that such a metal has been mixed in water that is turning it to poisonous, he says these are found near salt mines. He wonders where this metal came from. Bari Rani maa says to the doctor that God is really great, they must not question about it and take care of the sick people. Gayatri says to Raaj Mata what about the people of Amirkot. Bari Rani maa follows her, she asks where is she going. Gayatri says Bari Rani Maa and Raaj Mata are there to take care of Rana ji, but she might not be a Rani but is a wife of Rana ji. She must not leave them alone.
Bari Rani Maa says she is great, but this is a curse and she won’t be able to fight back it. Gayatri says the people will atleast be sure that she and Rana ji are with them. Bari Rani Maa thinks she must keep a close eye on Gayatri.The subjects come to Rajeshwari who misbehaves with the people. Rajeshwari tells the people to take a blanket from the back hall of the palace, they must all leave saying Rani Rajeshwari Jai. They keep on crying, but Rajeshwari tells the guards to hush them out.Gayatri comes to the river side thinking about what the doctor had said. She thinks may be Rana ji and doctor are right, and this is not a curse.
Rana ji told her to keep faith on him. She wonders why this water is yellow. Bari Rani Maa watches Gayatri from behind the tree, she thinks if Gayatri gets to the root of this poison she will know this is some plan and not a curse. She says Gayatri has a bad habit of spying.Bari Rani Maa watches the ladies of Amirkot crying with their dead. She drapes herseld in a blanket, holds a wooden rod to change her get up and walks towards the people. She calls if they all know what is the biggest burden. She sits between them, and says it is the burden of dead children on parents. She cries that the sin was committed by Gayatri Rani and they have to pay for it. She says this is all because of Gayatri, she mixed fishes in the food of Brahmans. The cursed the whole Amirkot.
The people get enranged. Bari Rani Maa cries that this is all because of that curse. She says Gayatri is there walking near the river. They can’t do anything against Gayatri. She charge them all to hold stones and sticks, they don’t want unjust done to them.Gayatri comes to the boat’s person and asks if he can take her to stream. The man says it is poisonous, she might be hurt. Gayatri says to treat poison, one must get to the root of the problem. She hears a group of people coming with stones, shouting slogans against Gayatri. Bari Rani maa stood between them. They throw stones at Gayatri. Gayatri tells them to get peaceful, they weren’t ready to listen to her.
A lady throws a brick on her forehead. Bari Rani Maa thinks that now Gayatri will see how the subjects take care of her. Gayatri asks them to listen to her, she says there is no curse here and this is a planning. She calls Rana ji.There Rana ji wakes up in bed and calls Gayatri. Rajeshwari brings him water and says she isn’t here. She asks how is he now. He asks for Gayatri. Rajeshwari curtly says here she is taking care of him and he is only concerned for Gayatri. Rana ji stops her and leaves the bed.
Gayatri says they must break her to bites, but right now their lives are endangered. There, Rana ji rides the horse towards the river. People still threw stones at her. Bari Rani Maa comes from between the people towards Gayatri and pushes her down in the water. Gayatri drowns in. Bari Rani Maa thinks that this is a drama of a Rani’s death, it must be prolonged. There Rana ji reaches the bank of the river, Gayatri struggled under water. The people there tell Rana ji about Gayatri. Rana ji jumps in the water. Bari Rani Maa thinks Rana ji won’t be able to save Gayatri, but she must play another game. She goes to get rid of her cloth and comes among the people there. Rana ji finds Gayatri in the water. Bari Rani maa was curt.
People make slogans in favor of Rana ji and Gayatri. Rajeshwari had also arrived there. Rana ji caress Gayatri, she pukes spitting the water. Rana ji asks if she is fine. Gayatri hugs him. She says to Rana ji that he is right, it is not a curse but a planning. Gayatri says she could see bags in water that emitted yellow poison. She tells Rana ji to come and get the reality in front of the subjects. Rana ji turns around. Gayatri says I love you, Rana ji says I love you more and he will soon tell her the meaning. He kisses her forehead. Gayatri tells him to come soon. Rana ji dives again in water. Gayatri prays for the protection of Rana ji, worried.
Rana ji jumps in the water, Gayatri prays for her safety. Rana ji dives in and looks for the bags of poisonous metal. There, Bari Rani Maa was worried. Rana ji gets to the bag and comes out of the water. People hoot and shout slogans for him. Rana ji shouts at them to stop, if they have to say something it must be for Gayatri. She was drowning, still she thought about her responsibilities. He says he could never have figured out else that this isn’t a curse, it is planning of someone. He says only Gayatri is worth being Amirkot’s Rani. People apologize her. Gayatri says one only gets angry at someone whom they think as their owns.
Rajeshwari stops them all and says she is the wife of Rana ji and the Rani. Rana ji stops Rajeshwari and says she isn’t a queen, she didn’t solve the problems of people when they had come to her. Rajeshwari asks how he knows about it, he was sound asleep then. Rana ji says Raja’s never sleep sound at the sounds of their people, he had heard everything. He says that today Rajeshwari proved that there isn’t a God in every stone. Rajeshwari leaves curtly.In the palace, Gayatri lights the second candle. She had promised to light it when she will become a Rani of Amirkot. Rajeshwari says light two candles doesn’t bring Diwali.
Gayatri says she became a wife first, then a Rani today and now… Rajeshwari says she will only give an heir to Amirkot. Gayatri says Rajeshwari won’t be able to call Rana ji as well, she will disclose her in front of Rana ji. Rajeshwari says to Gayatri that she is a kitchen lady, those who hold knives never fight with sword holders. She says she will tell her what the worth of her candles is. She comes to put the candles off with the blow of her hand, Gayatri holds her hands. Gayatri says the hands that run a household are very strong, if she dare she must move on. Raaj Mata and Swarna claps, Rajeshwari leaves, Gayatri smiles.
Rajeshwari comes to the room asking Bari Rani Maa to do something about Gayatri, she was shocked to see Kokilla in the room dancing as a monkey in front of Bari Rani Maa.
Rajeshwari asks her to stop this drama, she tells Rajeshwari that this is washkalan (hypnotism) that she did to Kokilla. Bari Rani Maa says all the talents and skills fail, only one thing works that is magic. She sends Kokilla to pick a ball for her, and shows Rajeshwari a black beaded string and says Rajeshwari will use this black magic against Rana ji. No one will ever be able to stop her from giving an heir to the palace. Rajeshwari throws the ball away and asks Kokilla to fetch it, Kokilla looks at Bari Rani Maa who tells her to slap Rajeshwari. Bari Rani maa says she did the magic, not Rajeshwari. Bari Rani Maa says sorry to Gayatri.
The next morning, Gayatri prays in the temple. She says that two candles have been lit, third is still left. There is still a boundary between her and Rana ji. Until the true face of Rajeshwari is disclosed it can never happen. She says it is time to play her last bid. Rana ji comes behind her, she smiles and turns to leave. Rana ji stops the door’s way. He seems careless. Gayatri passes from under his arm, smiling.
In the room, Gayatri finds a dress that Rana ji had gifted her. She had worn it she and Rana ji came close to each other. She feels a knock at the window from stones, she comes to balcony and is shocked to see Rana ji down there. She asks what is he doing. He says he is coming up and climbs the wooden ladder.
She asks why he isn’t coming from the inside. He says wind storms always come like this. He comes up, Gayatri asks what if someone see him there. She asks what if he fell down. He says people would say Rana ji fell off in love. He gives her a red rose. He asks Gayatri if she has read about Romeo Juliet and Shireen Farhad. She says she did. He tells her about BaluMaru, the lover of Amirkot. Gayatri asks when he started to believe in this all. He says since he fall in love with her. He says love teaches one everything. He comes forward but she stops him. He says tonight is the night for them to get united, and asks Gayatri to meet him in the garden behind the palace tonight, he will show her the meaning of I love you more.
Gayatri says she is his wife, he can take her in front of everyone then why hidden? He says it has its own pleasures. Rajeshwari hears this and says she won’t let his night ever come.Rajeshwari comes to Bari Rani Maa and asks when her hypnotism will work. Bari Rani Maa asks her to let the fruit ripe. Rajeshwari says it will be too late, because Rana ji and Gayatri are going to be united. Bari Rani maa gives her some powder, she tells her to mix it in Rana ji’s food after which she will be in his control.
In the kitchen, Rajeshwari read the ingredients on the list and tried to recognize them. She was confused between Sooji and Maida. Gayatri comes there and points at the ingredients and asks what is happening here. Rajeshwari says she is going to cook cake for Rana ji. Gayatri tells her to cook safrin kheer instead of cake, because Rana ji likes it. She leaves. There, Rajeshwari thinks that had Gayatri known what she is going to mix in the food, she would never have suggested her so.On the dinner table, Rana ji asks Bari Rani Maa about Kunwar ji and Kokilla. Bari Rani Maa says their stomachs are upset. Rajeshwari brings the kheer.
Gayatri looks at Raaj mata. Rana ji asks how she came to know he likes Safrin kheer. She says a wife always know about the likings of her husband. There, Bari Rani Maa thinks that she will see if this works or not today. Rajeshwari orders Rana ji to turn around and come back towards her. Rana ji turns around, but bends towards Gayatri and says he needs coffee because he has to wake up till late at night. He opens the stripe of her blouse while leaving.
Raaj Mata comes to Gayatri and blesses her with some jewelry saying there is going to be an important night for them.
Rajeshwari comes to Bari Rani Maa that why her magic didn’t work on Rana ji.
Bari Rani maa gets at once that Rana ji was born in the timings that he is strong and such people doesn’t respond to magic easily.There, Gayatri was worried. Raaj Mata tells Gayatri not to worry about Rajeshwari. Rajeshwari won’t be able to interfere between them.Bari Rani Maa says they need a big magic done to Raja ji today. For that, she needs a sacrifice. She holds the knife, cuts Rajeshwari’s finger and collects blood in a bowl.Gayatri was getting ready. Rajeshwari was walking down the corridor, Raaj Mata stops her and says she has really been very strict with Rajeshwari. Rajeshwari is going to give them an heir, she will tell Rajeshwari the history of the palace today.
Rajeshwari asks now? Raaj Mata asks when then, had Rajeshwari known about the rules of the palace she would never have cheated on the Pooja day then. She takes Rajeshwari along and thinks no one will come between Rana ji and Gayatri now.
Gayatri comes to Rana ji in the garden. Rana ji comes to her, holds her hand and says no one will be able to come between them from now on. He smiles and asks Gayatri to look behind. There was a bed with petals of roses on it, he holds Gayatri’s hand and walks towards it.
Bari Rani Maa spread the blood on a board.
There, Rana ji and Gayatri come towards the bed. He takes her jewelry off.
There Bari Rani Maa had pictured a man with the blood on the canvas. Suddenly the bowl fell off her hand, she says now she must call Rajeshwari here, if the photo doesn’t complete there will be no effect of it on Rana ji. She wonders how she will get Rajeshwari here.
