The Goenkas panick seeing Arohi. Kairav asked Vansh to tie a cloth on Arohi’s hand so there would not be more blood loss. Manish, Swarna, Kairav and Vansh rushed Arohi to the hospital. There Abhimanyu waited for Akshara. Akshara said it was high time she needed to talk with Abhimanyu. Manish asked Vansh to inform Akshara. Kairav said Akshara had gone for some work. On the way to the hospital Kairav learned the nearby hospital had caught fire. Swarna asked Kairav to take Arohi to another hospital. Kairav said the next hospital was Birla hospital. Swarna asked Kairav to rush.
Later Akshara reached Birla hospital and learned about Arohi’s accident. The staff there asked the Goenkas to fill the form because without knowing the medical history of the patient they could not help her. Akhilesh got furious on the hospital staff for asking to do the formality instead of admitting the patient. The staff asked Akhilesh to calm down. Kairav filled the form. Arohi was admitted. Abhimanyu waited for Akshara. At the hospital the Goenkas worried for Arohi. Abhimanyu was called by the nurse to take out glass pieces from Arohi’s wrist. Akshara felt Abhimanyu’s presence.
Kairav interrupted Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asked Kairav not to worry because he was a doctor first and was here specially to look after Arohi. Kairav asked if he was a heart surgeon then why he was here to aid Arohi. Abhimanyu said despite being a heart surgeon he could perform simple surgeries too. He added that Arohi was Akshara’s sister so he would take care of her personally. Abhimanyu assured the Goenkas.
There Harsh accused Manjiri for being the reason for the distance between Abhimanyu and him. Manjiri stood mum. Mahima said she would not go to the hospital as there was no surgery for her. Harsh and Anand learned about Arohi being admitted to their hospital.
The Goenkas and Birlas argued with each other. Akshara asked Manish and Harsh not to interrupt. Harsh asked Akshara to be quiet. Abhimanyu asked the Goenkas and Birlas to stop the argument or wait outside because he needed to focus. Media entered the hospital and questioned the Birlas about their alliance with the Goenkas. The Birlas asked the media not to spread any rumours against the Goenkas’ daughter. Suhasini found the Birlas genuine. Abhimanyu revealed to the Goenkas that Arohi was fine. The Goenkas thanked the Birlas for their help. Akshara got happy. The Goenkas decided to stay back at the hospital until Arohi was fully well. Abhimanyu too decided to stay back at the hospital for Arohi. Akshara told Arohi that she would recover soon. She said she liked the Arohi who kept yelling and screaming.
Akshara cried. Abhimanyu entered the room and told Akshara that Arohi was recovering fast. He told Akshara that he was around if she needed anything. Akshara said thank you to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu said duty was duty. He added that be it duty or love he carried on with his heart. The duo shared an eye-lock. Abhimanyu asked Akshara to have something else she would not be able to take care of Arohi. Kairav came to the door and saw Akshara and Abhimanyu together. He left the place. Arohi woke up and saw Abhimanyu and Akshara together.
There Manjiri worried for the Goenkas and Arohi. Neil and Parth consoled Manjiri. Manjiri decided to prepare food for the Goenkas. Neil and Parth told Manjiri that what if Anand and Harsh would not like her goodness. Manjiri asked Parth and Neil to take care of them. She decided to take food for the Goenkas. Parth told Neil that time was unpredictable because everyone was happy the last day and now everyone was sad. Neil said that was why they had to live in the present.
Arohi got teary seeing Akshara and Abhimanyu. Akshara and Abhimanyu asked Arohi if she was in pain. Abhimanyu told Arohi he would increase the pain killer dose if she wanted. He further added that Diwali was a festival of hope. The Goenkas entered the room. Abhimanyu walked out. The Goenkas cheered up Arohi. Akshara celebrated Diwali at the hospital with fake candles and lights. Abhimanyu got happy seeing Akshara happy.
Abhimanyu talked with Manjiri. Manjiri advised Abhimanyu to talk with Akshara if he got an opportunity. Abhimanyu said he would talk with Akshara to get his answer. Akshara and Abhimanyu recalled their moments.
Next day Abhimanyu gave discharge to Arohi. He asked if she was ready to go home. Arohi said but she would be back to him only. The Goenkas and Abhimanyu stood shocked. Arohi said she meant she was an intern under him. Abhimanyu looked for Akshara.
Akshara prayed. Abhimanyu joined Akshara. The duo shared an eye-lock and tried to talk with each other. Abhimanyu was called for an urgency. Harsh worried if Akshara would bring trouble in Abhimanyu’s life. The Goenkas welcomed Arohi back.
Abhimanyu and Akshara decided to meet with each other. Manjiri asked Abhimanyu to clear everything with Akshara today.
