Abhimanyu returns home. Manjari hugged him. Mahima said they were all hopeless but Akshara fixed everything. Manjari disclosed that she bumped into Arohi and the latter convinced Akshara to speak the truth. Parth said Akshara was weird — that day she was quiet because of Arohi and today she spoke. Harsh said now the truth was out. He accused Akshara. Abhimanyu asked Harsh not to talk about the Goenkas and to move on. He went to his room and got furious. Abhimanyu thought to move on in his life.
There, Manish confronted Akshara for lying to the family and going to save Abhimanyu despite the warning. Akshara said she had done exactly what the Goenkas would have done in that situation. On the other side, Parth and Shefali argued in front of the Birlas. Mahima asked Shefali to focus on the house as well along with her career. She added that a successful woman is the one who balances work and home both. Shefali and others stood shocked.
Manish accused himself and said Akshara lied to him. Kairav made Manish recall how he was upset with Kartik and Naira’s wedding but later accepted her. Akshara assured Manish that she would move on. She added that Abhimanyu assured her that he would move on too. Manish hugged Akshara. Afterwards, Arohi learned that Manjari credited her for Abhimanyu’s rescue from Ruby’s case. She got happy and thought Akshara would be out and she would be in Abhimanyu’s life. Abhimanyu thanked Arohi.
Manjari consoled Abhimanyu. She asked him to stay calm most of the time. Manjari asked Abhimanyu not to argue with Harsh every time. Abhimanyu thought he wouldn’t be able to forgive Harsh ever for his deeds in the past. He recalled his moments with Akshara.
Akshara and Kairav shared a talk with each other. Kairav advised Akshara to open up about her feelings for Abhimanyu and said he would support her. He advised her to th ink twice before moving on. Akshara played music. Abhimanyu and Akshara recalled their moments with each other. Here, Harsh praised Anand for giving the idea about a health camp for publicity. Mahima and Anand agreed. Later, Harsh called someone on the phone to spread the news about Abhimanyu’s wedding. Abhimanyu lost his temper on Harsh.
Harsh argued with Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu claimed he knew Harsh’s truth. Manjari fainted. Harsh and Abhimanyu worried for Manjari. Abhimanyu apologized to Manjari. Harshvardhan called Anand and Mahima. Abhimanyu diagnosed Manjari. The Birlas worried for Manjari. Mahima gave an injection to Manjari. Anand said Manjari might be stressed. Mahima asked Parth to give saline to Manjari. Abhimanyu apologized to Manjari. He said because of his anger she got unwell. There, Manish and Akhilesh played table tennis. Manish told Akhilesh that he felt there was something wrong between Abhimanyu and Harsh as he saw his and Kartik’s shadow in them. Akhilesh agreed with Manish. Akshara overheard Manish and Akhilesh’s talk and said she too felt there was some internal problem in the Birla house.
Later, Abhimanyu prayed for Manjari. He asked Harsh to join if he wanted. Nishtha uploaded on social media about Manjari. Here, Suhasini and Swarna got ready to go to the temple. They asked Akshara and Arohi to prepare for the puja. Akshara asked Arohi how her day was. Arohi replied rudely. Akshara asked Arohi not to be rude every time as everything was fine now. Arohi thought everything would be fine when Abhimanyu’s alliance happened with her.
Akshara learned about Manjari’s health condition. She got stressed. Here, Manjari regained consciousness. Anand decided to get Manjari’s tests done later. Mahima and Anand asked how Manjari fainted. Abhimanyu said he was arguing with Harsh, thus Manjari fainted. Mahima said for this small thing how Manjari fainted. Anand asked to let Manjari rest. Harsh said Manjari was fine and Abhimanyu could go for the camp. Abhimanyu went to the temple on Manjari’s behalf.
At the temple, Akshara prayed for Manjari. Abhimanyu thought Arohi prayed for Manjari and decided to thank her later. Arohi got excited to do surgery under Abhimanyu. She further learned about Abhimanyu going to the camp. Arohi decided to trick Harsh to accompany Abhimanyu to the camp.
On the other side, Akshara asked Vansh to take her too for his blogging. Vansh agreed to take Akshara. Elsewhere, Manjari asked Abhimanyu to think about Arohi. Abhimanyu told Manjari that he would try to think. Manjari prayed to God to help Abhimanyu move on in his life. Arohi got late and ran against time to reach the camp. She felt someone was chasing her. Abhimanyu thought about Arohi. Akshara fell on Abhimanyu.
