Ranjha punches a sack repeatedly, upset about Heer asking him to stay out of her personal problems. Ranjha, feeling hurt and helpless, reflects on the changed dynamics with Heer. Guldasta alerts Ranjha about Heer’s call, but he hesitates. Heer hopes Ranjha will answer.
Guldasta insists it’s Heer on the line. Heer asks if he’s upset, but Ranjha denies it. He expresses his lifelong commitment to Heer, yet now he hesitates to call her. Heer tells him about being able to take the exam, thanking Teji, Sartaj, and surprisingly, Jarnail for support. Ranjha wonders about Jarnail’s sudden change and wishes Heer good luck.
Heer stops Rajwinder and apologizes for going against her decision but emphasizes it’s her and Beant’s dream for her to become a lawyer. Rajwinder warns Heer against giving the exam against her will. Heer insists she will, connecting it to Kuldeep’s dream.
Jarnail pays a gangster to harm Heer after her exam. After confessing his plot to Rajwinder, they both smile evilly. In the present, Jarnail acts supportive of Heer’s decision, fooling Teji. Teji believes their relationship can be repaired. Jarnail pretends to have changed after Kuldeep’s death, planning to deal with Teji later. The person hired to harm Heer decides to sell her to a brothel.
Heer envisions Kuldeep encouraging her in a lawyer’s coat. Despite feeling disheartened, she vows to punish Kuldeep’s murderer. Teji, impressed by Heer’s dedication, brings coffee and encourages her to make everyone proud.
Jarnail, drinking alcohol, anticipates Heer’s fate. Ranjha hopes Heer faces no issues during the exam. Disguised as a driver, Ranjha goes to pick up Heer. Jarnail’s men follow them, noticed by Ranjha. Beant feels nervous, and Jarnail anxiously awaits a call, while Heer remains oblivious to the danger pointed at her.
The bad guys were following Heer’s car discussing to kill her, but one of the member says the plan changed, and they need Heer alive. Heer’s car went through a police check, so the bad guys stopped following her. Heer, disguised as driver Jeet, promised to help him once she passes her final exam. She called her father to let him know about the final exam, even though Rajwinder didn’t want her to leave the house before Aakhri Ardas. Teji and Sartaj supported her, and Heer’s father blessed her. Wondering why Jeet hadn’t called to wish her luck, Heer called him. Jeet hid his phone, and Heer wondered why he wasn’t picking up. It was Heer’s dream for years, and now it’s finally happening. Heer thanked the driver, calling Jeet “uncle ji.”
Jeet thought he’d happily become uncle ji for Heer to achieve her dream of becoming a lawyer. Heer’s mother worried about Rajwinder causing more problems if Heer disobeys and doesn’t let her stay in the house. Gurmeet suggested convincing Heer to stop studying and focus on her in-laws. Jeet prayed for Heer’s exam and wondered about the guys who were following her. Heer called Teji, saying her paper went well, and she might top again. Teji asked her to pick up Sunny from the doctor’s office on her way back. Heer instructed Jeet, the driver uncle, to turn right. As Heer crossed the road to pick up Sunny, the bad guys stopped their car and kidnapped both Heer and Sunny.
Jeet chased after them, removing his disguise, and Heer called him for help, but the car got away. Jeet wondered how he’d find them without a number plate. The kidnapper called Jarnail, informing him that the girl had been kidnapped. Jarnail told him to finish the job, and the kidnapper said it would be done, throwing away his sim card. The doctor informed the Atwal family about the kidnapping. Teji came crying, saying Heer had been kidnapped. Jarnail was happy, thinking Heer would be finished. Teji revealed that Sunny was with Heer, shocking Jarnail. Despite losing his brother due to a mistake, Jarnail was determined not to lose his son. He tried contacting the kidnapper but couldn’t reach him.
Heer encourages Sunny to chant holy words as they find themselves trapped. She tries to open the door and calls for help, eventually breaking the glasses. Jarnail is angry with himself, and Rajwinder confronts him about Sunny’s whereabouts. Jarnail struggles with how to admit that the men he paid have destroyed the SIM card, making it impossible to contact them. Heer looks around for help but finds no one and prays for Ranjha to reach her. Meanwhile, Ranjha is determined to find details about the car and reach Heer somehow.
