Heer decides to decorate Jeet’s room before he returns from washing his bike. She quickly hides when Jeet enters the room. Jeet is surprised to see the decorations and starts popping the balloons. He also tears up the letters arranged by Heer spelling “I AM SORRY.” Heer notices his anger and wonders how long he will stay mad. When Jeet steps aside, Heer places gifts on his bed. Jeet finds sticky notes asking for forgiveness in his cupboard and throws them away in frustration.
Heer tries to calm herself down. Jeet picks up one of the gifts and finds a cute smiley inside. He smiles too and remarks aloud that he’s not interested in childish stuff, indirectly addressing Heer. Heer ponders on how to soothe Jeet’s anger and calls Jasmin for advice. Jasmin suggests doing something special for Jeet.
Heer collides with the maid carrying vegetables and gets an idea upon seeing Saag. She decides to cook a special Punjabi dinner for Jeet tonight—Makke di roti and Sarso da Saag—even though she’s not skilled in cooking. Tanya enters the kitchen and intentionally ruins Heer’s cooked food by adding extra spices, which Heer doesn’t notice. Heer tries to apologise but she walks out kitchenSartaj gathers the family members outside in the lawn for a dhaba-style dinner. It’s revealed that Heer had asked Sartaj to arrange this. Heer realizes she forgot to cook the saag and asks Sartaj to keep everyone engaged for a bit longer. He texts Heer, questioning when she’ll arrive, and she asks him to delay a bit more. Ranjha and Rajwinder join them.
Heer brings out the dinner, claiming she cooked it. Ranjha wonders if Heer really made it all. Jarnail and Teji try to leave, but Sartaj insists they stay and not disrespect the food. Rajwinder starts acting kindly and urges Teji to eat as well. Everyone compliments Heer for the delicious food. Heer offers to call Sunny and Simran, but Teji mentions they’re already asleep.
Heer is about to serve Ranjha, but Jarnail takes the plate for himself to prevent Ranjha from eating. Sartaj insists Ranjha is part of the family too. Heer unknowingly serves Ranjha the saag with extra red chili powder. Ranjha eats it without complaint, and later Heer realizes the mistake when she takes a bite herself. She rushes to Ranjha and gives him honey to soothe the spice. Ranjha forgets his anger and starts conversing with Heer normally. Heer gifts Ranjha a blazer, which he appreciates and keeps safely.
Jeet going back to his room to take charger and finds footsteps in his room. jeet realizes someone entered the room behind his back and finds his box has been opened. Jeet thinks if Heer saw the box or if someone tells her about it. Jeet gives aam papad to Heer and tells he bought it for her while returning from factory as he remembered her liking eating it after school. Jeet asks Heer if she came to his room after he left as some of his things were not in their place? Heer tells she knows Jeet very well and where he keeps all his things.
Jeet jokes about his morning sleeping habits that he likes to sleep after waking up early.
Heer questions if angels come in his dreams, Ranjha slips his tongue and says she comes. He quickly changes the topic by asking Heer to go with him. Heer asks Jeet what is inside the box?
Jeet tells it is not his box but jogi Maharaj gave him to keep and is not taking it back. He feels relieved when he Heer leaves without seeing it.
Ranjha wonders who has seen the box if not Heer and decides to hide it before anyone else sees it.
Sunny and Simran are playing with ball and Sunny feels Simran cannot throw the ball properly so thinks to ask Ranjha to play with him. But he finds Ranjha is not in the room.
Jarnail is seen hiding there. Once Sunny leaves, Jarnail thinks to get the box as it must have some secret related to Ranjha but feels disappointed when he finds the box is missing.
He thinks to find it somehow so that he can make Heer and Ranjha leave the house.
Heer thanks Sartaj for helping her in her plan last night. He instead thanks her for giving small happiness to their family and making them all eat together. Heer questions Sartaj about the distance between him and Rajwinder but the latter says to ignore the past. He instead asks Heer to start her practice. Heer thinks the unity of family depends on its roots so for the same she decides to first help Rajwinder and Sartaj’s relationship get better. Ranjha sees a guy taking box similar to his and rushes to check if the box he had hidden is there or not. Jarnail peeks on Ranjha and thanks the guy for helping in his plan.
Jarnail is about to follow Ranjha but gets stopped by Rajwinder. She tells Jarnail to deposit money as compensation for Parneet as she is very helpful to them. Ranjha comes to his room and find his box in same place where it was kept and feels relieved. Once he leaves, Jarnail comes there but fails to find the box.
Heer questions Rajwinder if she has accepted her as her daughter in law and if they all can eat together each day especially her and Sartaj.
Rajwinder strictly denies for the same. Rajwinder telling Heer that some wounds should not be brought back. Heer gives her clarification to Teji about date incident.
