Love Unbound 27 July 2025: The doctor delivers the heartbreaking news that Kuldeep has passed away, leaving both families shocked and devastated. Heer shouts in pain. Rajwinder, in disbelief, attacks the doctor, insisting that this cannot be true, you must have joined hands with my enemies. Heer, on the other hand, is left numb. Rajwinder talks to Kuldeep as if he’s just tired and promises to sleep by his side. The doctor closes Kuldeep’s eyes. Jarnail, feeling guilty, hits himself.
Heer returns to her room, seeing the walls decorated with Kuldeep’s pictures, recalling the moments spent with him. She sits silently, immersed in memories, without shedding tears. Jasmin comes to emotionally support Heer, but Heer remains unchanged. Navjot also joins them, and Jasmin pleads with her to say that this is all untrue. She holds Heer, crying together.
The family prepares for Kuldeep’s final farewell and last rites. Teji urges Rajwinder to have water since she hasn’t taken a drop since the previous day. Rajwinder refuses, asking her to tell Kuldeep to get up and make her drink it, or she won’t have it. Jarnail remembers shooting Kuldeep and cries even more. Navjot removes Heer’s red bangles and dresses her in white.
Rajwinder vows never to pray to God again, feeling betrayed by the injustice. She swears to give a painful death to whoever killed Kuldeep, declaring everyone as witnesses to her promise. The police arrive, expressing condolences for Kuldeep’s death, but stating the need for an inquiry. Teji requests a delay in investigations, considering the emotional state of everyone. The police agrees and leaves. Heer descends wearing a white dress, and Beant, witnessing her condition, breaks down, expressing his preference for death over seeing her like this. Ranjha supports him.
Teji’s mother harshly criticizes Heer, labeling her as inauspicious for causing her husband’s death after marriage. She suggests Heer leave the Atwal house. Teji defends Heer, stating that the girl being criticized is the one who lost her husband on the same day of marriage. She emphasizes that Heer is going through severe trauma and cannot intentionally hurt anyone. Teji’s mother insists that Heer should be shedding tears if she’s genuinely in pain. Teji explains that Heer is still in shock.
Teji believes that they need to make Heer cry to help her emerge from the shock. Kuldeep’s father reminisces about his son. Teji slaps Heer, attempting to bring her out of shock. Rajwinder mourns as they take Kuldeep’s body for burial rites. Teji, in a fit of grief, slaps Heer and points out Kuldeep being taken away. Finally, Heer breaks down, crying and screaming for Kuldeep. She follows the men carrying Kuldeep’s body. Jarnail sets fire to the dead body, swearing to seek revenge from Heer.
Everyone returns to Atwal Mansion after Kuldeep’s final rites. When Heer attempts to enter, Rajwinder warns her not to take a step forward. Navjot questions Rajwinder about this, and she calls Heer inauspicious, blaming her for Kuldeep’s death on the day of their marriage. Beant Singh expresses that he won’t let Heer stay in a house where she’s not respected. However, Heer refuses to leave Atwal Mansion, stating that Beant Singh taught her to fulfill her duties, and she will stay until Kuldeep’s murderer is found.
Rajwinder claims that no one will support Heer in going against her, but Teji stands up for Heer. Jarnail raises his hand against Teji, but his father intervenes, supporting both Teji and Heer, considering them not just daughters-in-law but daughters.
Rajwinder labels Heer as a curse for the Atwal family and doesn’t want to risk the remaining happiness of their family because of her.
Teji brings Heer inside the house with support. While walking, Heer gets hurt, and Ranjha considers supporting her but refrains. Jarnail feels frustrated. Mr. Atwal promises Beant Singh that Heer will stay like a daughter in Atwal Mansion. Beant and his family return home. In her room, Heer recalls memories with Kuldeep, crying over his confessions and promises. Overwhelmed, she throws away everything, and Ranjha, sensing her distress, rushes to her room. Teji stops him, advising to let Heer express her emotions freely.
Teji, observing Ranjha’s stress, assures him that she considers Heer a younger sister and will take care of her. Mr. Atwal expresses sorrow, feeling that whoever he loves gets separated from him. He opens his pagdi, but Ranjha stops him, suggesting that opening it implies being upset with Babaji, so they shouldn’t do it. Kuldeep’s father regrets his loss and inability to fulfill his responsibilities. Ranjha consoles him, urging him not to lose strength.
Ranjha, missing his mother’s photograph, reties his turban, recalling her words about a Sardar without a turban. Sartaj Singh Atwal promises to keep the turban tied, and Ranjha leaves, taking his blessing. Sartaj looks at Ranjha’s mother’s picture again. Rajwinder sits, crying, thinking of Kuldeep. Her friend provokes her against Heer. Teji, carrying food for Heer, stops her mother from interfering in household matters. Heer sitting and crying alone.
