Lies of the heart 1 June 2020: Shaurya asks Urmi whether she got the job as she recalls the man’s bad intentions and telling her it’s give-and-take time now. He asks whether she will get a job now. Urmi wipes her tears and says she will get another job because (there’s always a path for every desire). Yeh Honsla song plays. Urmi holds his hand and takes him to a park. She smiles seeing him play there. They then go to a restaurant and she feeds him there.

Urmi’s mum is anxious to know whereabouts of Urmi, but Gaurav says he can’t tell her, he promised Urmi. Urmi’s mum promises she won’t tell anyone. Gaurav then tells her she’s at the Working Women Hostel. His mum asks if Urmi is okay and wants to go meet her. He says he will have to talk to Urmi. Dadi is running behind Asha with a stick and they come there. Gaurav and his mum try to stop them, but they don’t listen. Gaurav fumes at Asha that he doesn’t have any job, there are so many problems, and she’s creating drama. She says she’s trying to save his money only. He asks how so. She says instead paying someone from outside, she’s getting rid off a ghost from Dadi herself. Gaurav doesn’t seem to be interested in arguing with her.
Shashi is talking about Samrat’s 2nd marriage with a pandit. Seeing big house and all, the pandit says he has a niece who is just like a girl Shashi is looking for. Samrat comes there and asks Shashi what pandit is doing there. The pandit tells him they are talking about his 2nd marriage with his niece. Samrat sits down and tells him about all his “good” habits that girls is his weakness, he can’t control his anger, etc etc. He also cannot control himself after drinking alcohol. He asks pandit if he had alcohol ever. Pandit nods no.
Samrat asks him how he would know the difference when you’re drunk and not. Pandit is shocked, but can’t say much. Samrat continues telling pandit that his niece will get money and all, but he can’t give any guarantee about relationship. He plays with the string of relationship every night and in that if relationship breaks, then it won’t be his fault. He smiles and greets pandit and then leaves.
Shaurya wants to eat pastry. Urmi takes her inside a shop and buys him one. While they are there, a lady comes in angrily asking why her special cake that she ordered is not ready. The shop manager says they don’t make such type of cakes and the person who took the order didn’t know about it. The lady yells in the store. Urmi interrupts and says she can help them. She knows how to make that type of cake, and she can explain to their chef. The lady says she will get it from other store and leaves. The shop manager tells Urmi that they face such humiliation very often because they don’t know how to make that special cake. He gives his boss’ card to her and asks her to call him. If she can supply that kind of cake to them, then that will be a great help.
Urmi’s friend from hostel is waiting for her. She sends the guard away. Just then Urmi arrives. Her friend tells her about their madam waiting for her. She tells Urmi to go fast and she will take care of Shaurya.
Urmi asks her madam if everything okay. Someone is sitting there. Her madam questions her about job. Urmi accepts that she lost it, but she will find new one soon. Her madam then asks if there is no relative of hers in the town. Urmi says no. It was Samrat sitting there. He turns to Urmi and she’s shocked. He tells her there are some animals who eat their own children to stay alive, and here Urmi ate all her relationships.
He smiles and asks her to answer her madam. Urmi says she doesn’t have anyone. Her madam asks if he’s not her husband. She says he was her husband, she doesn’t have any relationship with him anymore. Samrat laughs and says there’s fight between every couple. Relationships don’t break that easily. He asks her madam to look at her behavior and further says her fa ther’s house is even in this town. Her madam is shocked. Urmi looks at Samrat.
The warden asks how could she lie about not having a house. urmi says that a house is where one is given shelter along with self respect, and that she doesnt like to stay here, if she had that. samrat cuts her short, saying that she is trapping her again, with her words, and reminds her of the rules.
The warden again reprimands urmi for doing this. urmi says that she may have lost her job but she would get it back again. samrat asks how can she land a job so easily. The warden starts reprimanding urmi on samrat’s information, for having shamelessly broken rules of this hostel deliberately. urmi stands tensed. To add fuel to the fire, Samrat then plays his final card saying that the warden still doesnt know about the greatest rule that urmi has shamelessly faunted. urmi is tensed and scared while the warden demands to know whats it. the warden insistently asks whats it. samrat smiles evilly at urmi and asks the warden that as far as he knows, children arent allowed to be in this hostel.
Urmi is shocked to see samrat stooping down to such a level. urmi is shocked and scared for shaurya’s secret to be out now. samrat tells her about shaurya and how urmi kept her child here. Just then, the guard comes in with their child saying that he was found with meena, who comes in after him too. Samrat identifies him as his son and tells the warden how urmi was befooling them all by openly flaunting the rules. The warden severely reprimands urmi, but she says that she agrees that she broke rules, but she was helpless. samrat starts venting the warden against urmi, and she tries to say that she was trying for arrangements.
samrat doesnt let her explain and says that had he not come here, the warden never would have known this. Samrat starts doubting urmi as to how she must kept shaurya in what kind of conditions. He asks for shaurya, and he cowers behind urmi. urmi apologises. the warden says that her personal life doesnt make any difference towards this hostel’s management.
meena asks what kind of a rule is this, and where would a woman go in this condition. the warden says that the lady doesnt need to go to the hostel when she already has a home. Meena says that only people who need help would be forced to do something drastic. The warden reprimands meena for being equally guilty. samrat compliments urmi for finding a friend like herself. meena asks the warden to reconsider.
The warden reprimands meena saying that she too would have to go, if she doesnt quiten soon. Meena continues to argue, but urmi asks her to be quiet, as she doesnt want to endanger her stay here due to herself. meeena tries to speak, but samrat asks meena to be quiet, so that urmi can speak. urmi asks for three days, but the warden doesnt allow saying that she needs to fend out for herself. samrat asks her to be thrown out straightaway. the warden shuts him too saying that she shall decide.
The warden says that she can stay here till the night and make arrangements for herself, and get back together with the husband if she wants. urmi stands tensed. the warden says that they can allow that urmi patches up with her husband and leaves, asking meena to let them talk in private. Meena places a consoling shoulder and leaves.
Amrit waits impatiently, as the doctor checks on aditi and assures them that everything is fine and the baby is normal. Amrit asks the doctor to prescribe some tonics as aditi isnt eating at all. As Amrit gets busy reading the reports, aditi pays the bill, and amrit hungrily eyes the wad of notes in her purse. Amrit asks for the daily dosage and the doctor tells him. they both come out. amrit pretends to be highly tensed, and aditi asks him whats wrong. he starts saying what kind of a life is this, that he cant pay for his wife’s doctor and he is mortified to bear this. he says that he is trying, but he isnt landing a job, due to samrat’s influence in Jhansi.
Aditi asks what problem does samrat have if he works elsewhere. Amrit continues with his rant of sob story, as to how he isnt even getting sufficient meals, tries to see if sjhe would give him some money. he pretends to be caring saying that he would manage and she shouldnt stress. aditi hands him the money and after pretending to be self righteous, he takes the money, pretending to be very tensed. Amrit thinks that women are such fools, and its so easy to play them. Aditi is tensed.
