I’m on the edge 13; September 2022: Urmi says to Maasa that Devika cant get married before 18 years old which she will become in 3 weeks, what if something goes wrong? Maasa says nothing will go wrong, Prince Arun will convince her. Urmi smirks and thinks that money will go to trust and I will become head of this palace.Devika comes to Maasa and says I wont marry Prince Arun as he is trying to lust after me, he is a cheap guy. Maasa says dont worry about it, just get married otherwise we will not get money, it doesnt matter who it is. Devika says I wont marry like this, find some suitable boy. Maasa says I dont have a line of boys for you.
Devika says I am Rajawat family’s grand daughter and pretty so find some decent boy otherwise you know I can tell lawyer that you forced me to do all this, I am innocent so he will make you go to jail, think about it, she leaves.Varun says to himself that I have to pacify Devika before she tells anything to Maasa. Maasa comes there and says I thought you would trap Devika to marry you and that you are a great actor but you cant even handle on girl. Varun says she is just miffed, I will marry her. Maasa says no I have got my grand daughter after 18 years so I wont force her to marry you, its her choice. Varun says dont worry, she will choose. Maasa says do it fast, you dont have time, she leaves. Varun says to himself that Devika called me flirty and cheap so I will show her what actual eveteasing is, I will get that girl in 3 day.
Devika is going somewhere. Varun comes there and says drivers are on leave. Devika says why? Varun says they work hard so they should get sometime off too, I give them two days off in my region. Devika says how will I go now? Varun says I have some work so I will drop you off. Maasa says its good if you leave with him. Dhani says I would never deny his offer. Varun says if she doesnt want to go with me then dont force her. Devika says I will go with you. Varun says if you are requesting so much so I will take you, you should know difference between hero and zero too. They leave.
Scene 2
Varun checks his car. Devika says your car broke down on road, I should have left on my own. Varun thinks I stopped this car myself because now my hired goons will come and evetease Devika, I will beat them and become hero in her eyes. He waits for them. Suddenly a car comes there. Varun says to Devika that this road is dangerous, goons come and evetease girls here but I will save you. Goons come out of car and eyes them, one goon says what an item, this item looks total butter to be devoured. Varun says she is my fiance so I wont bear if you misbehave with her. Goon says we are not talking about her, we have been praising you. Varun says what? I am not like that. Goons drag him to car. Varun says we gave you money to evetease her.
Goon runs hands over him and says which money? we stopped after seeing you, this is 2018, you are so hot that I want to flirt with you, they start taking off his clothes. Varun screams to save his honor. He screams to save him.. Suddenly someone picks on door and opens it, its Devika. Devika attacks goons, Varun and Devika starts beating them. Goons run away. Devika says atleast your muscles are a little useful but these days boys are not safe too, she laughs. Varun says laugh as much as you want. Devika says I am just thinking that you did so much hardwork, so much workout for these goons? Varun says you are laughing because you think I am a flirt and its good that it happened with me but I am feeling bad that women have to face all this, respect is respect for men and women both, if a man points at girl’s character then it is called a sin but when woman points at man’s character then he is called a flirt, you are not understanding, its your mistake but I wont laugh at you. Varun says lets go, he opens car door for her, she silently sits inside.
Jaggu says Devika will get married after she becomes 18 years old, you have to wait more. Kesar says to Jaggu that we waited years so we can wait some weeks for money, I had to bear so much in this palace, Devi’s cheating, my insult.. I had to bear everything so we can keep loving each other silently.. Dhani comes there, Jaggu hides behind bed. Kesar is tensed and asks what happened? Dhani says why you are sweating so much, are you alright? Kesar says yes you go, I am coming, Dhani leaves. Kesar says to Jagggu that I kept my and your relation hidden from my daughter, she could have found it but I kept it hidden, once we get this money then we will leave this palace. Jaggu hugs her and says yes we will go abroad, we three will live together and have happiness and sadness together.
Varun and Devika comes home and tells everything about goons attacking Varun. Kesar says it was planned attack, Dhani says who could be Prince’s enemy? Varun says I dont have any enemy. Devika says it must be Prince Arun’s brother Varun, he got arrested so he did this cheap thing with Arun. Varun says I love you, I respect you but that doesnt mean you can say anything, Varun can be anything but he is my brother, he wont do anything like that, you cant blame him without any proof. I can bear anything but not hear anything about my family. Devika is mesmerized to hear it.
Devika thinks that the person who cant listen bad words for his enemy brother, that person will take so much care for his wife and family, I should marry this guy.Devika makes Varun dress up. She ties his rope angrily. Varun says ouch. Devika says you were enjoying Urmi’s yoga, she was flirting with you and you were enjoying. Varun holds her hand and says something is burning, Devika asks him to sleep, she leaves. Varun says something is happening in her heart, I will become something for her soon.
Sahil is eating an apple. Nidhi comes there dressed like Vaidika. Sahil eyes and starts leaving. Nidhi says what happened? I love you and can do anything for you, I can change like someone you love, I can be like Vaidika who loves others. Sahil says you are not original, change your clothes and dont do this again, why you are wasting time? I dont love her face or dressup, I love her heart, he angrily leaves. Nidhi looks on.Varun’s phone rings, he takes it. His friend Ashish calls and says there is some dance competition in Kanpur, you can win 1lac. Varun says wow? one lac. Ashish says my friend Sahil is in city, you meet him in Kanpur, he will tell you everything.
Varun says I am going. Varun packs his things. He puts sticky note on bed post and leaves.Devika comes to Varun’s room. She sees his message that he has some government work in Kanpur, so he has to leave. Devika says his region is somewhere else, is everything fine?Sahil drinks tea and thinks Nidhi is cheap, if Vaidika gives her attention then she wont leave and Badi Amma thinks that if she forces Nidhi on me then I will accept her. Varun comes there and says Sahil? Sahil says Varun you? they hug each other. Sahil asks what are you doing here? Varun says I wanted to meet you so universe brought me here, I heard there is dance competition in this city, I want to earn money.
Sahil says you can ask me for money. Varun says its against my rules, he shows him address. Sahil says my location is changed, I will drop you there.
Scene 2
Devika calls and books car for Kanpur. Urmi asks where are you going? Devika says doesnt concern you. Urmi says you came here on your own but cant leave without permission. Maasa comes there and says let her go. Devika says Prince went to Kanpur, I thought something might be wrong so I am going too. Maasa says yes you should care for your groom, you will get to spend time with him too, you will enjoy there, Devika says I will prepare to go, she bumps into Urmi and leaves. Urmi fumes in anger. Maasa says I am alive and I take decisions of this house, how dare you give decisions? go and teach yoga to people, Urmi turns to leave and thinks that soon I will be owner of this house, she leaves.
Maasa says Varun went to Kanpur without telling anyone? I have to tell him that Devika is reaching there too.Varun comes to competition arena. Announcer tells him that its couple competition. Varun says what? he asks can I get some partner? announcer says you need to bring your partner. Sahil says lets go.Sahil and Varun comes to Sahil’s house. Varun is tensed about money. Sahil says I have an idea, me and Vaidika can take part in competition, we will win it and you will get money. Varun says Vaidika? Sahil says my wife. Varun says you didnt even call me? Sahil says it happened suddenly, I had to break all society rules but soon things will sort out and we will give huge reception.
Varun says whats the matter? Sahil says she is 42 years old and I am 24 years old, we have to fight for our love. He tells him how he kept meeting Vaidika, how he kept getting closer to her, how he became renter in her house, how Badi Amma was against it but I propose Vaidika but Gautam came inbetween and Vaidika accepted his proposal but then Vaidika saved him from Gautam but then Sahil got married to Nidhi as Vaidika cheated.
Sahil says but Vaidika is my wife, my life. Varun says I hope I fall in love like you. Vaidika comes out. Varun says bhabhi? Varun says his bhabhi, I am your brother in law. Vaidika eyes Sahil. Sahil says he is my best friend, I cant hide anything from him. Vaidika asks him to come inside, she doesnt want any drama outside house. Sahil thinks that whole city will see drama now as God wants it, he got me to know about this competition, we will take part in dancing competition and prove that our jodi is best, my love will cross all limits and you will have to accept that I am your true love.
Vaidika says to Varun that I just want to say there is no place of lie in love. Sahil comes there and says you are saying that? I thought you dont have problem with lie, I told everything to Varun, like how you called me to mandap and cheated me, he also knows that my love wont decrease for you, that marriage was not marriage, you are my wife. He says give Varun good advice. Vaidika silently leaves. Sahil says I am thinking to take part in this competition with Vaidika for you and let people know that lovers dont care about age. Varun says you will make Vaidika agree for it? Sahil says yes. Nidi comes there and says I am Nidhi, Sahil’s.. Sahil says she is always behind me. Nidhi says he is joking, I am his wife. Sahil says this is joke now, she pretended nicely. Nidhi glares at him and leaves.
Varun thinks I hope Devika got my letter. Varun tells Sahil about competition. Nidhi spies on them and thinks that I wont let Sahil succeed, if not Sahil’s wife then I would take role as daughter in law of this house, I wont let Sahil and Vaidika take part in dancing competition, I will tell whole world that I am Sahil’s wife. Sahil thinks that between this competition, I will get Vaidika’s approval and love.Vaidika comes home and thinks that its good that Varun and Devika are taking part in competition together, I wish that they win. Nidhi thinks that its good she is here, I wont let her take part in competition with Sahil, me and Sahil will be best couple of Kanpur. She sees Vaidika going to kitchen and thinks that now Vaidika will be out of our lives.
She turns stove to maximum and there is cooker on it, she leaves. Vaidika sees cooker making noise and goes to check on it Nidhi waits for blast. Vaidika closes off cooker. Nidhi hears a blast and smirks. She comes in kitchen and sees Sahil hugging Vaidika away from cooker, cooker blasted but Sahil covered Vaidika and didnt let her get hurt. Nidhi fumes in anger seeing that. Sahil look at Vaidika, Vaidika sees Sahil injured because of cooker blast, she brings ointment and applies on his wound on stomach and neck, she blows on his wound, Sahil admires her. Nidhi glares at them and says what happened? she get hurt with cooker piece. Vaidika rushes to her and treats her wound. Sahil says serves her right, he says Nidhi you did it right? Vaidika asks him to stop it.
Nidhi says I cant do it. Sahil says if this is true then I wont spare you. Vaidika asks Sahil to leave. He leaves. Vaidika treats Nidhi’s wound. Nidhi thinks that I have to throw Vaidika out of house.Kesar says to Dhani that I have packed your bag, you are going to Kanpur, Dhani asks why? Kesar says that Devika has gone behind Prince, you go and make him realize of his love, Devika is useless. Maasa comes there and says what teaching you are giving to her? you cant stop my work, if you want your daughter to marry so much then tell me, I can get her married to some handicapped man, you have come inbetween my work for first time but next time if you try to stop Devika and Prince’s wedding then I will forget that Dhani is my real grand daughter.
Kesar says Devika doesnt love Prince Arun then why? Maasa says I know what I am doing, Prince Arun will marry Devika only, dont come inbetween that otherwise.. she glares at Dhani and leaves. Dhani cries and says thats why I was telling to not involve me in all this, I hate it when Dadi says all that, she leaves. Kesar is hurt and says I cant see your love getting snatched but I wont let it happen with you like it happened with me.Sahil is sitting and thinks how cooker blasted? He sees Nani there. He comes to her and suspiciously looks at her, he says mother in law did you do something? she says if you are done spying then can I go in my house, Sahil says yes be careful, she leaves.
Sahil says I know Nidhi did all that. Nidhi’s mother comes there and says my daughter can never do that. Sahil says what can I serve you? she says I came to meet my daughter. Sahil says she is inside, I burnt her with cooker, if she doesnt stop her antics then she will regret it, Nidhi’s mom goes to her. Sahil gets rehearsal’s message and says I have to take part in this competition with Vaidika, we will win as best couple, we will Kanpur’s best couple as Mr. and Mrs. Agarwal.
Varun and Devika are taking rehearsals. Devika tries to follow steps but keeps hitting Varun. Varun shows her steps, and says why you are not following my steps? all couples are dancing nicely. Devika says all boys are dancing nicely except you. Varun says soon I will be a star, I will win this competition and wont let you destroy it, Devika says what you can do? Varun eyes her and pulls her closer, he holds her hand and starts waltzing around with her on pyar ki kahani, they both dance around looking in each others eyes. Varun twirls her around and pulls her closer. All clap for them, one dancer says that you both are very nice couple, too good. All clap for them.
Sahil comes to rehearsals, he sees his and Vaidika’s name in list and gets excited, announcer says tomorrow practice will start. Varun comes there and says we are part of competition too. Sahil says now no friendship, we will compete against each other but my girl is better than you. Varun says my girl is more better, did Vaidika agree for this competition? Sahil says what I say, I make sure to do it. They smirk and leave.
Kesar is crying in her room. Urmi comes there and says what happened, why you are crying? Kesar says you cant help me. Urmi says maybe I can help you? you know I want Prince to marry Dhani too and I want to help you. Kesar says what benefit you will get? Urmi says Dhani was raised up infront of my eyes, I dont care about that devika, I want her to marry unlike us who couldnt get happiness of a marriage, We will think to throw that Devika out, Urmi leaves.
Jaggu comes to Kesar’s room silently, he hugs her and says I cant live without you. Kesar looks away. Jaggu asks what happened? are you not feeling love towards me? Kesar says only you are the one that I love because only you took me as human and not as a thing. Jaggu wipes her tears and asks what happened? Kesar says I am scared, what if our dream is not fulfilled? I feel that Maasa will not give us any money, she will not pay our parts, Maasa have brought that prince at her alliance to win this money. Jaggu says dont worry about it. Kesar says I know Maasa’s nature, she couldnt be loyal to her son, she kept me and Dhani in this house because Adhi’s money monthly comes for Dhani, Maasa only thinks about herself, she brought that Devika and Prince to win this money, she will give them some money and take all money for herself, I just worry for Dhani, I dont want what happened to me to happen to her too, I will do everything for my daughter. Jaggu hugs her and consoles her.
Nidhi’s mom brings Nidhi to Badi Amma’s house, Badi Amma asks what happened? how she got hurt? Nidhi says you wont believe but Sahil tried to kill me. All are shocked to hear it. Nidhi says he tempered with pressure cooker so he could burn me. All are stunned.
