I’m on the edge 15 October 2022: Varun stops between pheras and says he cannot marry. Basanti tensely asks what is he saying. Varun says this marriage should not happen. Dhani asks why. Varun says their gathbandhan is not that strong for marriage. He apologizes guests and asks them to go. On the other side, doctor treats Devi and says Devika good she called him time, Devi’s condition is better now, asks Devi’s friend to take care of her and leaves. Devika asks friend what is her name. Woman says Chulbuli and asks what is her name. Devika says Devika. Chulbuli says Devi’s daughter Devika, Devika used to tell some Jaggu threw her daughter Devika from cliff. Devika asks if her mother used to speak to her.
Chulbuli says she found Devi severely injured and got her admitted in hospital, when she used to meet Devi, she used to earlier initally, but then her condition worsened.Devi sits seeing Devika and calls her name. Devika emotionally asks if she knows her name. Devi says she named her and wanted to protect her always, now she is seeing her daughter in front of her. She emotionally says Devika is her and Adhiraj’s gift of love. They see Heera coming there and hide. Heera searches place and finds medicine slip and Devi’s idol, realizes Devi was here and Devika must have met her already and they escaped from here.
Varun emotionally thinks he cannot marry Dhani as he loves Devika and reminisces Devika’s words. Dhani with Basanti and Kesar walks to him and asks why did not he complete pheras. He says he thinks Devika is right and even they are right, he cannot marry anyone else, he will go and find out where Devika is.
Devika gets Devi admitted to a hospital. Doctor says Devi’s is very weak and she was on machines till now, if she is taken care of well, she will be alright soon. Devika says maa has to tell well for her. Doc says that is what inspiration is. Devi asks Devika to describe her story. Devika starts that she was bought up between hippies and how she met Varun, their love story, marriage, Dr. Daksh, Heera and her puppets trying to kill her, Varun losing memory, marrying Dhani, etc.. Devi says Varun still loves her and she will get back her Piya soon, her mother will help her in her mission, it is Devi Adhiraj Rajawat’s promise.
Heera returns home and informs her puppets about Devi and Devika uniting and she finding medicine slip and bribing medical shop owner to find out who buys those medicines, etc., says before Varun can meet Devika, she will find them and kill them both. She reaches hospital and looks at Devi. Devi opens her eyes and sees Heera standing in front of her.
Dhani points gun at Varun and says if she cannot get him, she will kill him. She continues that he know knows Devika is right, she will not let him go back to Devika, and shoot Varun. Devika comes in front and bears bullet. Varun, Devi, and Maheshwari get worried for Devika and rush her to hospital. Police arrests Dhani. Kesar pleads Heera to save Dhani. Heera says murderer’s granddaughter is murderer, let police take her granddaughter. Varun return home and walks to Heera. Heera asks how is Devika. He says she is fighting for life and says Devika had to call him daadi, but she never gave that right to Devika, she tried to kill her in childhood and when she returned in her youth, she tried again to kill her, what mistake did Devika do, she respected Heera like Devika’s father Adhiraj did, Heera killed Adhiraj just because he is her stepson.
Heera gets tear eyed. Varun continues confronting her. Maheshwari calls him and informs that Devika’s condition is critical and needs blood transfusion, but her blood group is rare. Heera thinks it is time to give blood. She walks to hospital and donate blood to Devika and saves her life.Devi returns home and sees Adhiraj’s garlanded photo. She says their love won, though they could not reunite, their daughter is reuniting with her piya/husband. She continues pouring her heart out when Heera walks to her and apologizes touching her feet.
Devi stops her and asks not to touch her feet, but she forgives her for all her sins except for killing Adhiraj, what was Adhiraj’s mistake, will she get his life back. Heera cries she cannot. Devi says she will not get her arrested, but she should leave this house as a punishment. Heera agrees, blesses Devi and leaves.Devika wakes and sees herself in bridal dress and asks where is she and asks Varun who is he. He says they are married. She warns to stay away from him. He tries to remind her their past. Devika laughs and says she was acting. He gets romantic and takes her on bed…
