Once there was a king 30 June 2022: Rani tells Raaj about the reality of Vikramjeet and Vasundra. Raaj was furious and breaks the vase, he says he would not leave Vikramjeet alive. He turns to kill Vikramjeet, saying he would never let Vikramjeet marry him. Rani tells Raaj to calm down, they have to work with mind. They are cunning and have taken Sunanda, Anandi and Preiti into confidence. They must work for a plan to unveil their truth. She says she has a plan but needs his help, he assures any sort of help.Vikramjeet watches Sakshi playing with a ball in the garden. He brings out crackers from his pocket and lights them near her. Sakshi cries badly.
Vikramjeet comes to hug her closely as she cries. Rani comes out into the lawn and shouts Vikramjet! She runs to get Sakshi away from his grip. Vikramjeet insists Sakshi is already much afraid. Sakshi complains about the crackers. Vikramjeet again tries to touch Sakshi, Rani forbids him even to come closer. Everyone come outside. Vikramjeet tells them someone lit crackers here, he came to protect Sakshi but Rani is accusing his character. Anandi apologizes Vikramjeet. Vasundra comes outside and asks if there is a problem, Vikramjeet says nothing at all. Vasundra asks to leave for temple.
Raaj was about to charge Vikramjeet, Rani stops him calling him a wild animal. Raaj holds Rani and Sakshi and says when wild animal enter cities, they are either pushed to forests or killed. Vasundra calls them to leave.Vasundra says according to rituals, Vikramjeet must hold Preiti upstairs in his arms. Preiti says this ritual must be difficult for him. Vasundra says this shows if a man can hold her upstairs, he will take care of all his responsibilities his whole life. Rani wonders what he would do if he stays with Preiti for so long. She exclaims to Raaj they didn’t do this ritual before wedding, and suggests about accompanying Preiti and Vikram. Preiti and Vikramjeet reach before Raaj and Rani. Raaj’s feet were injured by the glass on the way.
Preiti was about to tell them the truth but Vikramjeet makes up that it was their love which brought them earlier. Rani looks towards Raaj saying true love is really depicted by the one who is able to complete the ritual. They turn towards the temple. Rani watches Raaj’s injured feet and asks why he didn’t stop. Raaj says atleast Rani was able to boast in front of everyone that they accomplished the ritual. Raaj watches Rani intently and gives her a handkerchief. He says she might have started to cry like before. Rani gets away saying its not her responsibility to bandage him every time. She gets aside and cries hiding behind a wall. Raaj stands up determined he won’t stop until he gets the old Rani back, Raaj can’t live without his Rani. Rani says she is unaware if he would ever get his Rani back, she wonders if she hates him more or loves him.
Everyone returns after the Pooja. Chitra suggests they should move forward and arrange for the turmeric rituals. Rani was determined to see till when Vikramjeet wears this mask of innocence.
At the turmeric ritual, Vasundra welcomes Anandi and Chitra. Vasundra asks about Raaj and Rani. Chitra says Raaj and Rani are bringing sweets, if they want to begin the ritual Sakshi can. Chitra sends Sakshi instructing her to put the turmeric over Vikramjeet. Sakshi cheerfully comes to put the turmeric. Vikramjeet demands her to put it by her hands. He takes advantage and touches her closely. Raaj and Rani come to watch this. Rani comes to take Sakshi. Raaj sits beside Chitra and questions why she brought Sakshi. Chitra says Sakshi was insisting and Anandi allowed to bring her along. Rani takes Sakshi to get her hands washed.
Vasundra comes to Vikramjeet and puts the turmeric over him, she then hands the turmeric for Preiti. She says Preiti must look like a princess in the wedding tonight. Anandi and Chitra take a leave.
At Rani;s home, everyone was looking for the arrangments. Raaj and Rani leave hurriedly. Raaj comes to Sakshi’s room but it was Rani in Sakshi’s attire. Raaj says if he was mistaken, anyone can be betrayed. They were determined to execute their plan perfectly.All at once, the video goes out. Raaj was worried that there is something over the camera. Vasundra comes there and hurries them all to the stage. She insists on them to call Vikramjeet. Raaj leaves the room worried. Vasundra was worried there is surely something, if Vikramjeet is endangered.
Rani was worried where Vikramjeet has gone, he was just following her.
A man was getting ready in Vikramjeet’s dress. Rani was worried about Sakshi and runs behind her. Raaj runs to the room and wonders what if Vikramjeet did this all. He was afraid Vikramjeet can hurt both Rani and Sakshi. The girls take the groom downstairs.Raaj comes to Rani who stood shocked. She tells Raaj that Vikramjeet and Sakshi both aren’t here. Raaj was worried where they can go.In a store room, Vikramjeet approaches Sakshi who was afraid of him. Vikramjeet says he always play with Sakshi, why is she afraid of him then. He says her brother and sister in law forgot who he is, Rani thought about cheating on him but actually he cheated her. He recalls he had seen Rani’s face in the mirror.
He laughs viciously and takes his turban off. He says now he would play an unforgettable game with her. He begins the count down. Rani comes across the corridor looking for Sakshi.
Downstairs in the hall, the groom arrives in the Sehra. Vasundra was thankful that Vikramjeet is fine. She calls for Preiti. The groom removes the Sehra, it was Doshi. He recalls Raaj had insisted on him to sit with Preiti. He was sure no one would recognize him.Rani tells Raaj Sakshi is nowhere to be found. She says she left Sakshi with two maids, she won’t forgive herself if something happens to Sakshi.
Vasundra comes to scold Vikramjeet silently about where he had gone. Doshi only moves his face. Vasundra was about to remove his Sehra worried why he didn’t speak. Someone announces the bride is here. Everyone turn to see her. Vasundra takes the groom to stage while Anandi brings Preiti in. Preiti asks Anandi for Rani. Vasundra scolds Preiti for speaking on the stage.
Raaj and Rani look for Sakshi, while Vikramjeet attempts to molest Sakshi.
Doshi thinks twice before standing for wedding rituals.Vikramjeet tries to molest Sakshi while she cries. She tries to get away while he forces her down. Rani was passing by the corridor when she hears Sakshi’s cry.Doshi and Preiti perform the wedding rituals. They were asked to stand for wedding rounds. There, Raaj comes looking for Rani now. The couple was taking rounds with each other.
Rani finds Sakshi’s torn piece of cloth stuck with a stool. She hears the cry of Sakshi again and gets into the store room. Her foot hits Sakshi’s dress from under the bed and screams watching Sakshi lie faint under the bed. Vikramjeet watches Rani from behind.
Doshi performs the sindoor ritual with Preiti.There, Rani sense someone ran away from the store room. She watches Vikramjeet running but Sakshi murmured her name weakly. She comes to Sakshi and calls Raaj’s name. Raaj comes to store room and finds Sakshi injured and molested. He cries. The Pandit tells them to take blessings from elders. Vasundra calls them to stop and says they will first go to temple. She takes them along and stops Preiti’s family.Raaj pours water into Sakshi’s mouth. Rani cries assuring nothing would happen to Sakshi. Raaj cries cursing himself for not being able to save her sister’s grace. He was determined not to spare Vikramjeet now.
Vasundra asks to begin the farewell ritual. Anandi cries hugging Preiti. Raaj comes to stop them and asks about where Vikramjeet is. Vasundra complains about the misbehavior, Rani comes saying they know well how daughters are taken care. Vasundra should better have taught something to her son. Raaj shouts that this isn’t Vikramjeet but Doshi. He removes the Sehra, it was Vikramjeet. Vikramjeet says Raaj must have thought he would be found here. Rani says Vikramjeet shouldn’t pose to be unknown, she would have killed him if she could have. Anandi tells Sunanda to stop Rani. Rani says this is enough, this man isn’t worth being Preiti’s husband. This man looted Sakshi’s grace, he raped Sakshi. Chitra loses her balance and asks Raaj what Rani is saying. Rani tells Sunanda whatever she is saying is true. They hold Chitra helping her to couch.
Vikramjeet was furious and says he won’t bear such a downtrodden blame over himself, if there is any truth in whatever they are saying he would get the justice for Sakshi. Raaj holds his collar. Preiti comes to get Raaj away from Vikramjeet saying he is her husband, Raaj wrestles with Vikramjeet. Preiti wasn’t ready to listen to Rani or Raaj. Vasundra shouts that she now questions if her husband wasn’t there as a groom on stage here.
At night, Preiti sat with Vikramjeet and apologizes him for all the blames Raaj and Rani charged him with. Vikramjeet says he is worried about what happened to Sakshi.
The doctor informs them that Sakshi is mentally hurt, she has given her injections for sleep. Chitra cries why this happened to Sakshi. Sunanda consoles Chitra.
There, Vasundra was in the bar saying Vikramjeet got them killed. She recalls recognizing Doshi from the side and looked for Vikramjeet. She signaled him to get to the temple and took the couple to temple. In the temple, Vasundra asked the couple to take blessings from Mata Rani. She pointed over her guards who hit Doshi from behind and Vikramjeet took his place while Preiti was still in the state of prostration. Vasundra was pouring a drink for herself when Vikramjeet comes to place his glass with hers.In the temple, Raaj was beating himself with a hunter. Rani comes to hug him from behind and stops Raaj beating himself. Raaj says he should have died as a brother who couldn’t save his sister. She tells him to think how they must tell everyone that Preiti was married to Doshi and not Vikramjeet.
Raaj was worried what they did to Doshi. Rani says they are really cunning.
Vasundra scolds Vikramjeet for being restless. Vasundra says it’s because of Rani and Raaj that they were saved today as they sent their friend to stage. She asks what’s in that girl which turned him unstoppable. Vikramjeet holds his ears and says it’s not about the girl but about his ego. Rani challenged him and he can’t be defeated from anyone. He says he is sure Rani would now try to hurt him now. Vasundra holds his face and promises no one can hurt her son ever.There in the temple, Raaj comes to sow the flame and was determined to make Vasundra and Vikramjeet pay for their sins.
