Once there was a king 12 February 2022: Gayatri comes to the forest thinking that according to guards, Rana ji shot here. She holds a tree and a bullet touches her hand. She picks it up and thinks if the is the gun fired from Rana ji’s gun or is it someone else’s. She thinks if it was Rana ji’s bullet, it should have stains of blood. But may be Avdesh died from someone else’s bullet. This means Rana ji is innocent.Bari Rani Maa wonders where Gayatri went.Gayatri comes to the palace. Raaj Mata asks what she found. Gayatri shows her the bullet and says this means they have to find if this bullet was of Rana ji’s gun. Raaj Mata brings the gun, the bullet fits.
Raaj Mata says to Gayatri they need to tell Rana ji that he didn’t take Avdesh’s life. Gayatri stops her, she says this proof isn’t enough. She says that she needs to prove that Avdesh wasn’t killed by Rana ji’s gun’s bullet. She must go to the coronation venue. She goes to the site, a man comes there. Gayatri asks what he found here, he gives her an amulet. He says anything else would have gone with dust that Pandit ji has taken.Gayatri comes to palace, Bari Rani Maa tries to inquire where she had been. Gayatri says she was preparing for the wedding. She spots Pandit ji and goes behind him. Pandit ji asks Rajeshwari to dispose the dust of Avdesh before any good thing in the palace that is her wedding.
Rajeshwari says her and Rana ji’s wedding is only good for her, and not for Rana ji and Gayatri. She says that from her only her brother will be a part of this wedding.Gayatri comes to Rajeshwari, Rajeshwari asks if she has come to ask for some gift. Gayatri shows her the jewelry and says these are from her in laws. Rajeshwari smiles that she has turned Gayatri a maid. Gayatri says she must know that the one who gives away is a princess, and the one who takes is a maid. Rajeshwari takes the platter. She says to Gayatri that she has snatched her jewelry. Gayatri says that a husband’s love is the real jewelry of a wife, she has it. And she must marry Rana ji to snatch everything from her, and that marriage will never take place. Rajeshwari stops Gayatri and says she will now put on all this jewelry on Rajeshwari.
Rana ji watches Gayatri making Rajeshwari ready for the engagement. Rajeshwari leaves the room. Gayatri thinks she must find the dust can. Rajeshwari returns in the room looking for the engagement ring and asks Gayatri what she is doing here, she must leave.Rana ji gets ready, his button comes out. He remembers Gayatri asked him why his button comes out daily. Rana ji says he does this deliberately, so that she sews it back. Gayatri asks why he makes her angry. He says he likes when she scolds him. Gayatri comes there and asks Rana ji if she must put it back. Rana ji clutches her tight and tells her not to do this to him, he can’t see his love die.
He says their love will burn if this marriage take place, her silence will cost them too much. Bari Rani Maa comes there, she apologizes for coming without permission. Rana ji says he is just coming. He watches Gayatri cry, but she denies telling him anything. Gayatri leaves. Bari Rani Maa smiles.Rana ji comes down at the engagement function. Rajeshwari was already there. Kunwar ji calls to begin the ritual and hands the ring to Rana ji. Rana ji takes it, walks towards Gayatri and says there is still time, she can stop him. Gayatri was helpless, he leaves irked and puts the ring on Rajeshwari’s hand. Everyone claps.
Rana ji forwards his hand to Rajeshwari. Rajeshwari says if he has thrown the old relation he must throw its identity as well.
Rana ji says marks remain even if bruises fills. Raaj Mata says that ring finger’s vein is directly connected to heart, his heart has denied to let his past relation off. Rajeshwari calls for a cutter, she says to Rana ji that no mark of an old relation must stay, even if he has to cut his finger for it. Rana ji clutches his finger in the cutter. Gayatri cries.Rana ji takes the cutter from Rajeshwari to cut his finger, Gayatri calls his name. Rana ji is happy that she is about to tell him the truth. Gayatri comes to him, he stands up happily. She takes a thread her dress and takes his engagements ring off by wrapping the thread near it. Rana ji is angry again and slaps her ring in her hand. Rajeshwari happily puts on the ring in his finger. She calls to begin the celebration of their engagement. Gayatri heads to leave.
Rajeshwari asks who allowed her to leave, she must stay in her celebrations of destructions. Rana ji thinks that he must pressurize Gayatri to tell him the truth. Rajeshwari dances with Rana ji. Rana ji holds her from back and dances with her, staring at Gayatri. He drops Gayatri on the floor after the performance and goes to Gayatri. Rajeshwari gets up and announces that the old wife of Rana ji, Gayatri will now dance. Rana ji thinks if Gayatri tells the truth, this drama will stop by itself. Gayatri thinks she can’t tell him the truth, if the cost of his life is her respect she will not back up.she comes to temple and takes the candle. She dances on ‘Silsila Yeh Chahat Ka’. Rana ji stops her, holds the flame from going out with her, and caresses her face.
She cries in elation, then goes to continue with her dance performance. Bari Rani Maa thinks where has Gayatri gone as she vanishes after the performance. Raaj Mata gets alert, she comes to stage and stops Rajeshwari from going behind Gayatri.Gayatri comes to Rajeshwari’s room, locks the door and finds the dust pot.There Raaj Mata keeps Rajeshwari and Bari Rani Maa engaged.Gayatri takes the pot from the cupboard. Gayatri hurriedly unwraps the pot.Raaj Mata dances with Rajeshwari, Bari Rani Maa joins her. She goes to Rajeshwari and says Gayatri isn’t here, she must find out where she is and what she is doing.
Gayatri empties the pot, the bullet fell on the floor, and Gayatri is shocked to see Rajeshwari standing on the doorway. She was enraged and asks how she dare touch her brother’s coronation dust. Gayatri says that she didn’t do it deliberately. Rana ji and others come inside, Rajeshwari tells Rana ji to look forward, her brother’s dust is scattered here. She fell on the floor, she says that this maid comes to her room, steals the key of her wardrobe and throws her brother’s coronation dust on the floor. She did this because Rajeshwari wanted her brother to be a part of her wedding. Bari Rani Maa asks Gayatri what she was doing. Rajeshwari says she snatched everything from Gayatri for his life, she must think what she will do for his respect. She says she swears on her brother’s dust that she will revenge her for this disrespect. Rana ji drags Gayatri along him.
Rana ji takes Gayatri along him through the corridor. He throws her on a couch and asks why she is doing so. He hits a vase nearby in rage, beats his fist on the wall. Gayatri stops him, he says he is punishing himself. Gayatri says she did the mistake, why he punishing himself. Rana ji says if she is effected by his pain, she wouldn’t let him marry someone else. She chose a secret against her husband. He asks what is such a thing that she can’t tell him the secret. Gayatri tells him to trust her. Rana ji says if she doesn’t know the meaning of trust, she must not speak about it. Had she trusted him, she would have told him the truth. He says that today they are seven steps apart, if Rajeshwari takes seven rounds with him they won’t be able to cover these seven steps in seven lives as well.
Rajeshwari comes to Gayatri and says there is a limit to everything, she dropped the pot with her hands so she must get a punishment now. She drags Gayatri outside, Rajeshwari tells Gayatri that she will crush all the turmeric of their ritual for tomorrow. Raaj Mata comes and drapes Gayatri her shawl. Rajeshwari snatches the shawl and says Gayatri is just a maid, she throws the shawl away. She says that Raaj Mata that Gayatri has fire in her chest, and there is ice in wind. Today, they will see what wins. She will see today what Gayatri does? Gayatri says she won’t get defeated from nature, it is a testimony of her love. She will make a turmeric whose color, no one will be able to wash. Gayatri asks Raaj Mata to go inside, this is her war and she will fight it. Raaj Mata blesses Gayatri.
Gayatri begins crushing the turmeric.
Bari Rani Maa comes to Rajeshwari’s room and looks around on floor wondering what Gayatri was looking for in the dust. Rajeshwari comes there and asks what she is doing here. Bari Rani Maa says she wants to find out what Gayatri was looking for in her brother’s dust. Rajeshwari says Gayatri couldn’t see her and Rana ji together, that is why she spilt it over. Bari Rani Maa says in this palace not everything is so simple, this is a secret palace. Rajeshwari says to Bari Rani Maa that she thinks so because she herself always plans negative things, she asks Bari Rani Maa to leave her room as she wants to sleep.
Gayatri feels dizzy and sits down. Rana ji comes behind her. Gayatri sits down to crush and instead hurts her own hand in the pestle and mortar. Rana ji feels pained.
Gayatri turns to look at him, both souls come to each other, hugging. He says to Gayatri if he wasn’t a princess he won’t be so liable, he would have taken him away from here. Gayatri says their love isn’t as feeble that with storm it finds the shores, she won’t let the flame go off, and she won’t let him or his love fail. He kisses her forehead. The souls get apart, their clothes tuck into each other’s. They come closer again, then part. Gayatri looks at the turmeric, and gets to crush it again, crying. Rana ji throws his shawl at her and leaves.
The next morning, Kokilla and Kunwar ji come outside to the preparations of turmeric ritual. Rajeshwari was already there. Rana ji arrives with Swarna and Raaj Mata. Rajeshwari congratulates Rana ji on his third and last haldi. She says it must be his third, but is her first one, won’t be wish her? Gayatri arrives with the turmeric bowl.
Rana ji watches her arrive. He remembers she had apologized from him for not being able to tell him the secret. Gayatri thinks looking towards the temple, that she is fulfilling her responsibilities as a wife, the Goddess must not test her that she loses her faith on her. Kokilla says to Kunwar ji that this Rajeshwari is a strict princess what she will make them do.
Gayatri comes to the Rana ji and Rajeshwari. There is a thunderstorm, a decorative pole was about to fell on Gayatri. Rana ji spots this, and heads towards her. As he gets hold of Gayatri, the turmeric bowl goes up her hands dropping some of it on their faces. They look at each other’s faces. Raaj Mata smiles approvingly.
Rajeshwari asks what this all is happening, how will her ritual get completed now? Raaj Mata says this ritual is to color two souls in a single color, it has been accomplished. Bari Rani Maa blesses the couple. She thinks why this all happen with Rajeshwari, no matter how much one try but Rana ji and Gayatri never get apart. Rajeshwari fell down on the floor, her face hitting the soil. Kokilla and Kunwar ji come to her, Kokilla says there is mud on her face all around. Swarna says to Raaj mata that those having a bad eye get a blackened face. Raaj Mata says the blackened heart come to face someday. Gayatri touches the turmeric on her face and looks at Rana ji.
She comes inside wiping it and thinks that God has told her that she and Rana ji will stay together. She asks for some way to get together, and thinks there is no one at Rajeshwari’s room. She will find the bullet there for sure.
