This is fate 20 October 2023: Preeta warns that she ahs her entire family and if he tries to do anything wrong then they all would come for her help, she asks him to come out and reveal his face, Preeta rushes to the door explaining she cannot breathe and so requests someone to open the door, she sits beside the table and then slowly lies on the floor, her phone starts ringing but she is not even able to pick it up and passes out. Karan walks over to stand in front of her, mentioning this is what she deserves but rather deserves death, he turns to see that Rishab is calling her.
Sameer asks if Bhabhi is not answering when Rishab replies that this has not happened till now, because if she is not able to answer then at least sends him a text, Sameer requests him to sign it but Rishab replies that he cannot sign it before
her approval, he asks them to not forward any more calls when Sameer explains he really loves her, Rishab gets angry so Sameer stands to leave but he stops Sameer explaining he respects Preeta and her humility along with the character, so their relationship is way above love. Sameer excuses that he has an important call. Rishab explains that Sameer asked if he loves her but the truth is that no one would understand their relations, He respects’ her a lot and the vows that he made five years ago meant that he must protect her along with all the rights that she has over him, he explains Preeta je and Kavya are his life.

Rishab looking at the photo of karan mentions if he was alive then would have seen how well he is taking care of Preeta and his daughter, so he should not complain about what has happened, Rishab explains that he must come back to him just as he would jump and sit on his lap, he requests karan to come back since he really needs him.
Karan in anger walks over to the door, he starts remembering all the memorable moments spent with Preeta so immediately relapses and rushes to Preeta asking her to wake up, he realizes that there is not any air so rushing to the window breaks the glass, Preeta immediately starts taking deep breaths, he placing her on a wooden table, requests her to wake up exclaiming he has also broken the window, she once again passes out. Karan questions why did she come to this store room when she is scared of the dark, he immediately yells standing at the door, the peon exclaims the door is locked so he is going to bring the keys, karan questions what if she loses her life.

Karan seeing Preeta thinks how it feels that she has lost her life, he manages to break the door when the peon comes mentioning he has brought the keys, Karan rushes to take the water questioning how irresponsible are they since a child could also be locked in the store but then he manages to wake Preeta who sits up, karan rushes out and walking in the corridor exclaims he can never let anything wrong happen to her just as she did to him five years ago, Preeta asks the peon who was that person when he informs he has never seen him before in his life. Karan walking exclaims he might have saved Preeta today but what happens in the future would be really tough for her to bear since she would even be scared of him.
Rishab is in his cabin, Sameer knocks on the door explaining they have completed the conference so Rishab questions how are they able to complete the meeting so quickly when he has not been able to get in touch with Preeta, Sameer tries to assure him that everything would be fine but Rishab explains that he is tensed since keeping both Kavya and Preeta secure is his responsibility, Preeta seeing the missed calls contacts Rishab, who immediately asks if everything is fine since he had been trying to contact her but she did not answer, Preeta explains she felt as if Karan was around her when Rishab replies even he felt the same, Preeta then says it cannot happen so this might be because of what the pandit jee said that they are thinking karan is around them, Rishab questions if anything else happened when Preeta replies that someone was following her in the school and she felt as if he was karan but this was her thought since if it had been karan then he would come in front of her, Preeta mentions she is scared of coming out of the school Rishab requests her to not be worried since he is going to come to the school. Preeta wonders what is happening to her as she for a moment thought that he was karan but now is scared of him.

Karan driving the car is really frustrated thinking about the things that he heard and how the principal said that her husband is really caring and composed, he is really angry.
Kritika is walking in the market when a group of bikers snatch her dupatta, she requests them to let her leave as this is not right and then she threatens to even yell if they do not stop, but the biker say she can do whatever she feels like since they are the people of MLA so no one is going to stop them, Kritika tries seeking hep but no one dares to come forward. Karan stops the car in frustration and then steps out thinking how he asked Preeta if she loves him, karan sees that some bikers are teasing Kritika, he recognizing the voice gets really angry so rushes to fight with them all, karan manages to overpower most of them but one of the goons tries to strangle him, he however hits him when they start apologizing, karan exclaims he needs to apologize with the one he misbehaved, Kritika warns them to never think about teasing any other girl so they run away. Kritika feels as if she is with Karan, she immediately thanks him mentioning he protected her while putting his own life at risk, Karan explains that just as every child has a mother, Bhagwan also sends a brother for the sisters and if they are not related by blood, they have a relation from their past life. He advises her to take care of herself which Kritika thinks is exactly as how karan would say it.

Rishab is with Preeta jee assuring there is nothing to be worried about since he is always there for her but if she even then wants to take tension then he would not stop her, Rishab explains the class of Kavya will end in five minutes so they will leave together, he explains he would make sure to come with her tomorrow, Preeta replies that there is no need since then it would cause a loss of his work, Rishab replies that he knows work is important but it doesnot have any importance in front of his family, he explains he would have come running if Sameer or anyone else called him. Rishab exclaims what if the person comes back tomorrow and she knows he would not leave, he asks if she can tell what sort of clothes was he wearing, Preeta replies she did not see his face but gets tensed thinking about the clothes that he was wearing.
Kavya is taking selfies with her friend, she then hands the mobile to the aunti, kavya seeing Rishab yells papa and so rushes to hug him, Kavya asks if she gave he kiss to Dadu when Rishab seeing her says he wants the kiss directly from her, Rishab standing exclaims that these moments are those in which he lives his whole life and Kavya is the gift from Bhagwan, Preeta leaves with Kavya mentioning that today they are going to go in his car, Rishab thinks he is not going to leave the person who was following Preeta jee since she got tensed and he doesnot give anyone the right to harm his family, Rishab tries to look for a camera but is not able to find one.

Karan stops the car i9n the market, he sees the bench so goes to sit on it thinking when Rishab requested him to come back as what is the
point in sitting on the road, he even recalls when he gave Preeta the balloon for the valentines day, he then thinks when Preeta argued with him saying he did not even trust her for the efforts that she made to bring him out of the jail, but she said that Rishab is more composed then him, he immediately stands up thinking he cannot become emotional since they tend to be weak but he still loves his family however he would not leave those people who killed him till the last moment.
Aaliya is with the inspector revealing she has explained the entire situation to him and now he should file her missing report, inspector replies he cannot file it since the report would be filed after twenty-four hours, Aaliya explains they just arrived in Mumbai so he should rest, inspector suggests he might have left for some important work as it doesnot seem as if he is missing, Aaliya asks if he doesnot help her then the blame of his disappearance, the inspector warns her to not talk like this as these are the laws and they cannot change them, if he doesnot come back within twenty four hours then they would file the report.

Rakhi instructs Ganesh to prepare the paratha, Shristhi rushes down the stairs explaining she has been married to Sameer for a long time but he is not a good husband as he came late even yesterday, Rakhi explains that he already informed that he was busy with the work of auction so would get late, Shristhi replies even she is taking his side and hide his mistakes, she is such a sweet girl and he married her by making her feel emotional but he doesn’t even care for her, Rakhi requests her to not lie since she saw from the start that he cares a lot for her, Shristhi explains that he would not have said today since he doesnot remember what she made this Sunday as she cooked his favorite Kulche and even then he forgot meaning his memory is not even of one week, Rakhi replies she is once again lying as he remembers it all. Rakhi requests her to accept that he loves her a lot as she is her younger doll, Shristhi rejoices with her but insists that she accepts Sameer was wrong. Rakhi agrees with her so Shristhi kisses her mentioning she is glad Rakhi is one her side and loves her more then him, Shristhi mentions that just as they have second home but she is her mother, she really misses maa but Rakhi fulfills it. Rakhi replies she can never take her position but can surely give the same love, Rakhi asks if they prepare the lunch.
Kritika enters the house when kavya coming from behind explains she saw her and then asked Papa to drive fast but he is a coward and doesnot drive fast, Rishab replies she is making fun of him when she asks if he heard what she was saying but Rishab replies that he knows what she would be saying, Kavya explains he drives like a snail but Rishab replies the reason is she sits with him on the front seat and so he needs to think of protecting her. Rishab asks if he c an tell what he would do when Kavya keeps humiliating her like this in front of her mother, Kavya leaves replying she is really busy so would listen to him after a while, they all start rejoicing when Rishab notices Kritika is tensed so asks her what happened, she replies that she met with an incident at the market as some people were teasing her but a person came to help her, and he beat the hell out of those goons, the weird part is that she requested a lot of people for help but they did not come and he was the only one who came to support her.

That person blessed her when he was leaving which is really strange as she felt as if she has a relation with him, Kritika accepts the truth is that she really misses karan bhai so Rishab tries to calm her down but she leaves crying. Rakhi also informs how she feels as if Karan is around her when she asks them all to come and have the lunch. Preeta thinks that she also feels the same thing and her feeling got stronger when pandit jee said that karan is alive but the person who was following her today is a fraud.
In the night Karan is looking at the Luthra Mansion when he sees an auto stopping so Ganesh walks out of it, he sees him talking with the guard. Karan remembers the memories he has with Ganesh but he tries to forget them, he even turns back so Ganesh doesnot see him. Karan gets a call from Aaliya who is glad that he answered her call as she has been trying to search for him but he left without saying anything, she even created a scene at the hospital and went to the police station. Aaliya reveals she even called Nidhi, he questions what was the need when she reveals that Nidhi scolded her for calling and then the inspector also scolded her. Karan replies he is coming to the hospital so Anjali also agrees to come but he replies that visiting hours have ended, she mentions he has bought the hospital when karan replies he has just given a cheque and nothing is final, he replies she is trying to divert his attention but he would do what he has planned on doing.

Preeta brings the juice when she is shocked to see that Shristhi is eating the breakfast with Kavya while Rishab jee is still on the call, she gets angry requesting Rakhi maa that she has a complain as she feels they must all eat together at the dinner table and this is not right, Rakhi asks everyone to pay attention mentioning that her daughter in law is angry so she doesnot like it, they all must eat the breakfast together at the dinner table, Kavya explains she has finished her breakfast and even Rishab says he ate it, Preeta replies but she did not have anything so things are going to change from now, they must all eat the meal at the dinner table. Rishab asks Preeta if they should leave to drop Kavya since she might get late, kavya also asks her to hurry up otherwise she would say they got late because of her, Rishab replies he would be scolded.
Rakhi prays that nothing evil should befall their family ever again, Shristhi comes hugging Rakhi assuring nothing wrong can happen to them when they have a mother-in-law like her, Rakhi replies their family got the happiness because of Kavya, she is just like Karan and she feels as if a younger karan came into this family. Shristhi also thinks that she really misses karan.

Rishab is driving when Kavya seeing the candy pops insists on buying them, Rishab agrees to stop the car and requests Preeta to step out in the market while he parks the car since there is a lot of traffic, Preeta asks the person to make a fresh and starts showing it to Kavya how they make it, Rishab comes to pay the bill when Preeta mentions she did not like it since he has not make a big one, Rishab asks him to make another big one, they both start looking at the stall meanwhile Kavya runs away into the market, Preeta and Rishab both start rushing for her when they are not able to find her, kavya reaches the middle of the road where she hurts herself so calls to her parents, Karan notices the cries of her so he rushes with all his might hopping over the cars so he can save her, he manages to pick her just as the truck is about to hit her, Preeta rushing to him appreciates him for saving their daughter but Karan replies that they both call themselves as parents when they left their child on the middle of the road, he questions what kind of parents are them but he must say they are not even worthy of being called as parents, Karan leaves with Kavya when Rishab and Preeta try to stop him, she asks him to bring the car.
Karan is looking at Kavya when he apologizes that whatever she is going to suffer is because of her parents, Kavya mentions she is really scared when he asks her to hold his hand tightly since then she would not suffer any pain, he asks what is her name so she replies her name is The Kavya Luthra, karan recalls how he would also introduce himself as The karan Luthra even in front of the guests, Kavya informs she did not feel any pain after holding his hand, he asks what is the name of her father so she informs he is Rishab Luthra, kavya steps down mentioning that her father would give him a bonus since he saved her, Karan sits asking if she thinks that he works for her father, kavya replies that everyone works for her father including the fathers of her friends and even the guests that come to the party, she asks if they would not admit her to the hospital since she doesnot like the smell of the medicines.
Preeta is panicking in the car questioning where is Kavya, Rishab assures her there is nothing to be worried about since he promises to bring Kavya back safe and sound, Rishab spots the car so asks the driver to stop it, Preeta questions where is her daughter, the nurse doesnot understand when Rishab mentions she came with a man, the nurse points them to the cabin of the doctor.

Karan opens the door when Preeta rushes inside questioning what has he done to her daughter, Kavya calls Preeta from behind, they both rush to check if anything wrong happened to Kavya, she replies that she is a brave girl. Preeta goes back to him questioning why did he dare touch her daughter, Rishab also comes to stand in front of him questioning what does he think of himself as he would have to pay for what he has done, Karan replies even he would make sure that they pay for what he has done, Rishab doesnot understand anything that he is saying.
The doctor enters questioning what happened, Kavya informs they both are her parents and he is her father Rishab Luthra while she is her mother Preeta Luthra, they both questions if Kavya is fine, the doctor replies that she suffered a serious injury on her knee which might have cause serious problem if not for this man. She asks if they were coming from the office, Karan replies they were at the market. Preeta once again confronting him questions why did he not tell them if he was coming to the hospital, Karan replies they both followed him with immense speed and even then, reached the hospital twenty-five minutes after him, he saw that their car was stuck in traffic and therefor brought Kavya to the hospital after seeing her injury.

He asks if she thought how she would handle if anything harm came to her daughter, he replies he would not have to come and save her if they were good parents, he says he has an advice for them so they need to be good parents or at least good at something.
Karan is about to leave when Rishab stops him mentioning he is a really difficult person because he thought that he had kidnapped his daughter but it all was different when he came to the hospital, he thanks him but Karan replies that his image of both Rishab and Preeta is not good at all, either in his mind or heart. Rishab asks if he has a daughter, karan nods in disagreement when Rishab replies he thought it was the truth since he brought her to the hospital after leaving everything, karan replies he also realized how he entered their life unknowingly but even he cannot understand it, they can call it destiny because then there would b reason but he hopes to find the reason that he met them both, karan leaves while both Rishab and Preeta are in shock. Kavya informs there is not any need to admit her to the hospital since she needs to go back home, kavya asks if he can give the person who brought her to the hospital some bonus, Rishab asks if she would like to become a chartered accountant but she says she wants to be a cricketer, Sameer calls Rishab informing he has arranged the auction, Rishab appreciates that he is following up on everything.

Kavya mentions that she doesnot want to go to school, Rishab questions where does she want to go to when she replies she wishes to go back home, Rishab and Preeta leave while karan comes to look at them both.
Shristhi entering the room questions Sameer why did he not tell her that the auction is tomorrow, he replies that he told her but she would have forgot it, Shristhi replies that she accepts she forgot that tomorrow is the death anniversary of karan but could he not inform her about it, Sameer turns to leave apologizing and he accepts that it was his mistake, Shristhi exclaims it was the biggest mistake of her life when she married him, he coming back exclaims even he made the same mistake, she threatens him to come back as she is going to teach him a lesson.
Karan is about to enter his car when Anjali stops him questioning what happened to him, she has been restlessly trying to search him and even filed a missing person’s report but she could not locate him, she questions what is wrong with him as he has changed ever since he recovered from the accident, he has been different so questions what has gotten into him, ever since he woke up he has been taking the name of Preeta. Karan mentions that he hates the name of both Rishab and Preeta, Anjali replies that she is going to call Nidhi as she saved him from the accident, Karan replies it was never an accident but he pushed into the Dam so it in fact was a murder, and that too by his wife Preeta and his elder brother Rishab, the two people he trusted and loved the most in his life were the ones who deceived him and he at the night of the party said that all the bad people would leave their house, he realized he was the bad person as they threw him out of the house after that party, both Rishab and Preeta got married and even have a daughter whose name is Kavya which he suggested, they took everything from him but now he is going to take revenge from them till the time he feels he is relieved, he exclaims he is a stupid person as he tried to find out what was the reason they killed him, he questions what was his mistake but Anjali replies he did the right thing by finding out the truth, he lost his sleep but they would also make them pay as they have to be punished which they are going to do, Anjali hugs him assuring everything would be fine.
