Imlie 4 March 2023: Malini calls Aditya and asks if he finished lunch. He says not yet as he is busy writing a story regarding PGD incidence. Malini says it means he is working with Imlie even now. Aditya says Imlie is his boss now and is ordering him. Malini asks just because Imlie is having an affair with CEO, how can she become his boss when she joined a job not even 2 months ago. Aditya says he is busy and will talk to her later. Malini says he was busy always and not a coward. Aditya asks what does she mean. Malvika says she loved Aditya who was brave and never used to tolerate injustice.
Aryan calls Imlie. Imlie asks how is ex-boss feeling. He says she joined office 2 hours ago and already gave leave for 4 employees, advance salary to 2 employees, and work from home permission for 1 employee. She says he got all the information so soon. He asks why did she take the decision. She says 34 employees’ close relatives are dead, one employee is working since 10 years without salary increment. He says she is running a company and not NGO, he asked her to listen to her heart until she was a featured reporter, but now she is a CEO and use her brain. Aditya enters and submits his resignation letter and says he is leaving Bhaskar time from immediate effect. Aryan asks Imlie to take the right decision and disconnects call.
Aditya says he cannot work here as well connected and manipulative people work here; he is working at his office since 7 years, but now it doesn’t belong to him; she can deduct notice period penalty from his salary. He walks away requesting her and her boyfriend to let him go.Aditya returns home and informs family that he left his job. Family is shocked and asks why did he leave his dream job. He says not only Imlie has self-respect, even he has; Imlie is getting promotions using her boyfriend while he is being humiliated each day. Aparna says he is jealous of Imlie and should have thought well before getting influenced by someone/Malini. Aditya says he is mature enough to think himself and cannot sacrifice his self-respect.

She says Imlie got a test job, he misunderstood her. He asks her not to worry as he will find a new job and till then will manage with savings. Nishant and Sundar bring injured Harish who reveals his whole story and reveals that they lost their house and savings because of him. Radha performs his first-aid. Aditya asks Harish howmuch money he owes. Harish says 5 crores. Family is shocked to hear that.Imlie thinks Aditya’s job was his pride and his first priority, but now his superego overtook him. She gets worried for Tripathis and calls them. Aparna picks call and says Aditya told what he did in office.
Nishant says Imlie surely must have stopped him. Malvika asks why don’t they support Aditya at least once. Aditya asks Aparna not to talk to strangers and disconnects call. Imlie hearing their conversation gets worried for Tripathis and rushes out of office holding Aditya’s resignation letter. Employees rejoice seeing that and think they got half day leave without asking and can enjoy. Imlie tries to hire an auto and when auto driver denies, she pulls him out of auto and herself drives it away. Poor auto driver runs behind auto. Aryan after doctor’s appointment heads towards office to check Imlie’s work while Arpita tries to stop him. He reaches office and gets angry seeing employees lazing around and Imlie missing from office.

Manager informs him that Imlie left hurriedly after she got a call and Aditya left after submitting his resignation. Aditya senses Imlie went to Tripathis, tells Arpita that he will call another car for her. She asks if he is getting emotionally attached to Imlie. Aditya says Imlie is worried for people who don’t value her, so he needs to remind her value. She says she will inform maa if he goes. He says she can and walks away. She thinks like maa said, he is getting emotionally attached with Imlie.
Tripathis sell their car and jewelry and gather around 25 lakhs. Aparna says they will take a loan again. Aditya says they will not. Radha scolds him that they have to do something instead of sitting idle like him. Malini warns her to stop questioning Aditya and question Harish instead because of whom they are in trouble. Rupali shouts how dare she is to insult her papa. Malini warns her its between a person who lost crores and one who can bring crores, so she should stay out of it; she says her parents will repay their loan tomorrow, so they should stop insulting Aditya till then. Aparna warns her to shut up and says she is also a bahu of this house and knows this house supports its bahus and not take her favors, she should go to her parent’s house if she cannot support them emotionally.

She then apologizes her and scolds Aditya that he brought Malini and left Imlie who cared for them. Malini says Imlie left them and held a rich businessman’s hand, where is she now. Imlie enters calling Aparna. Aditya remembers Imlie ordering him to finish his article by p.m. Imlie consoles Aparna.Imlie reaches T house and asks Aparna why she looks tensed. Aditya says its their house and he doesn’t want any outsider’s interference. Rupali asks him to behave with Imlie. Aparna asks him to stop as Imlie came to meet her. Aditya says Imlie no more her daughter, she is Bhaskar Times’ CEO now and a very rich man’s girlfriend he always told that he will not let her shadow on his house, but will show it today. He holds Imlie’s hand and pushes her out of house.
Imlie says whatever he says, this is she her family and she will not leave them in trouble. Aditya says her relationship broke when they got divorce, so she should get out from here. Imlie says she broke up with him and not his family. He says blood relationships matter and not verbal ones. Imlie says she is disappointed with her blood relationships and is emotionally attached to her sister Ruapli, brother Nishant and others here. Malini says not only Imlie is disappointed with blood relationship, Imlie broke her trust by snatching her husband and came here to snatch something again, there is no place for selfish people here, so she should get out of here. She pushes Imlie away. Aryan holds her.

Aditya warns Malini how dare she is to push Imlie when she herself is a guest in this husse. He asks why does she return here repeatedly to get insulted when Mr Tripathi already disowned her. Imlie says Aditya is nothing for her, but his family is and she came solve their problem. Aryan reveals that Harish took a heavy loan from market and is unable to repay it. Aditya asks how does he know about his family problems. Aryan says he was his employee 2 hours ago and he keeps record of his employees. Harish cries that he is responsible for this problem. Aran tells Imlie that she cannot repay their huge loan. Imlie consoles Harish. Aditya pulls Imlie away again and warns her to stay away from his family.
Aryan frees Imlie’s hand and says she cannot help a man who cannot help himself, Mr Tripathi left the job himself. Imlie says Aditya doesn’t need a job, but her family does and tears Aditya’s resignation letter. Aryan says she cannot take this decision. Imlie says she is CEO today and can take a decision. Aditya says he kicked her out of his personal life long ago and professional life now.Aryan says Aditya is a pathetic man, soon his family will also leave him; he has time till morning to rejoin his job or else he won’t be forever. Malini says Aditya doesn’t need his help as her parents will repay T family’s loan.

Imlie tells Aditya that she is giving him a dignified job, but he wants to beg in front of others. Aparna tells Malini that they don’t need her help. Harish asks Aditya when he didn’t want to take loan earlier and now wants to burden his shoulders with loan. Malini says he should rejoin the job tomorrow as per his family’s orders as they want him to be Imlie and Aryan’s slave forever. Aditya says he would rather beg the creditors than being a slave and walks inside home. Aryan tells Imlie that he is tired of seeing her being humiliated often, so its her decision now. He gets into car and waits for her. She gets in, and he drives away.
After sometime, Imlie calls Aparna to Aryan’s house secretly and apologizes for not calling her in. Aryan notices her and thinks he will not be quiet if she called Aditya here. Aparna says soon Imlie will invite her home and serve snacks and cries that Aditya under Malini’s influence humiliates Imlie, etc. Imlie consoles her. Aryan watches them. Aparna then returns home. Malini questions her and asks why she had gone to meet Imlie as she saw Imlie dropping her home. Aparna says she went to meet her daughter. Malini says even she was her daughter once and was a perfect bahu, but Imlie snatched even her. Aparna says she has changed over time. Malini says even her. Aparna says she cannot love her like Imlie and insulted Harish in front of everyone while Imlie consoled her. Aparna continues supporting Imlie and tongue lashing Malini.

Malini thinks she tried to gain this family’s love, but they don’t deserve it and hence she will separate Aditya from them. Aditya talks to creditor and finds that property papers are with someone else.
