Episode begins as a hospital patient brings Abhimanyu to the party venue. Neil welcomed everyone. Akshara secretly watched Abhimanyu and hoped he would like the party. Meanwhile, Aarohi thanked Harsh for giving her a chance to work at Birla Hospital. Harsh advised her to concentrate on her work and forget the past.
Neil praised Abhimanyu, calling him a good doctor and a good son. Harsh told his brother that Abhimanyu was very happy now. He added that Abhimanyu had been very sad because of Akshara. If he saw Akshara with his son again, he would not leave her. Harsh’s brother told him not to pay attention to these things.
Some children performed a dance for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu imagined he was dancing with Akshara. He thought that even though Akshara was not with him, he still felt her near him. He was about to see her, but Akshara quickly hid. The dance performances ended. Manjari thanked Akshara because Abhimanyu had smiled because of her. Akshara started crying. Neil came there.
Akshara told him that Abhimanyu could see her, so why did he make her stay. Neil explained there were some last-minute changes. He left after saying this. Akshara thought it was good that at least a smile was back on Abhi’s face. Next, Neil welcomed a special person on stage. Harsh was curious to see who it was and got shocked when he saw Manjari.
Akshara said Abhimanyu would not have imagined what would happen today. Manjari recalled how Akshara encouraged her to sing a song so that Abhimanyu’s wish to listen to his mother’s song could be fulfilled. Manjari started singing. Abhimanyu became very happy and remembered Akshara. Neil thanked Akshara after seeing the happiness on Abhimanyu’s face. Abhimanyu went to his mother and hugged her.
He then went to Neil and told him that he had made his birthday really special. He added that this idea couldn’t be Neil’s alone and asked whose help he had taken. Neil was shocked and left making an excuse. Later, Manjari advised Abhimanyu to always keep smiling. Abhimanyu cut the cake. Akshara wished that Abhimanyu would move on in life and be happy. Aarohi wanted to wish him with a red rose but remembered Harsh and picked a white rose instead. She went to Abhimanyu. At the same time, Abhimanyu heard Akshara’s voice and was about to see her, but Neil saved Akshara.
Akshara thought she should leave as soon as possible after finishing Neil’s work because if Abhimanyu saw her today, he and his family would be sad. Abhimanyu thought he could forget Akshara but not her voice. He was sure he had heard her and would keep searching for her.
Harshvardhan scolded Manjari for singing the song. He said since it was Abhimanyu’s birthday, he didn’t say anything, otherwise he wouldn’t forgive her. He left. Harsh’s elder brother praised Manjari’s song. Neil told Manjari that Abhimanyu had come to know Akshara was there. Manjari wished Abhimanyu wouldn’t see her. Abhimanyu went to his cabin. Akshara was also hiding there.
Just then Ruby came. Abhimanyu got angry seeing her. Ruby tried to get close to him and said she liked him. She added that she knew he was alone and wanted to be with him. Abhimanyu said he was not alone — there was someone in his life whom he loved dearly. Akshara was shocked to hear this. Ruby asked if he still loved Akshara, who had left him. Abhimanyu angrily told her to leave. Ruby said he was humiliating her and that her father was the health minister, so she would teach him a lesson. Abhimanyu asked her to leave his cabin immediately.
Later, Abhimanyu thought of Akshara and saw her sitting behind the bench. Akshara was about to fall, but Abhimanyu caught her. They shared an eye-lock moment. Neil came to the cabin and was shocked to see them together. He told Abhimanyu the truth — Akshara had done everything for the party and had persuaded Manjari to sing. Aarohi overheard everything and got angry.
Abhimanyu remembered how Akshara had broken his heart by rejecting him. He asked her why she did all this. Akshara said she only wanted to bring back the smile on his face. Aarohi asked if she wanted to please Abhimanyu by doing all this and taunted her. Abhimanyu advised Aarohi to stay away from the matter, but she said she had the right to question Akshara. Aarohi scolded Akshara and left. Akshara told Abhimanyu not to feel bad about her sister’s words, apologized, and left.
Neil wanted to talk to Abhimanyu, but he didn’t want to talk and asked him to leave the cabin. Akshara tried to make Aarohi understand, but Aarohi refused to listen and said she would tell everyone everything when she reached home. Neil went to Manjari. Manjari said everything happened because of her and she couldn’t do anything properly. Neil asked her to calm down. Abhimanyu was still distracted remembering Akshara’s words.
