Gurmeet and Jasmin are called to the stage for their performance, and everyone claps for them. Rajwinder is looking for Jarnail and questions him about where he’s going. He tells her he forgot his phone in the room and wants to record Sunny and Simran’s performance, so he’s going to get it. Rajwinder asks him to return soon, as guests might notice the groom’s brother missing. Heer is worried as Ranjha hasn’t contacted her yet and prays for his safety.
In a semi-conscious state, Ranjha senses danger to Heer’s life and regains his senses, realizing he’s tied to a wall with chains. Jarnail checks all the pendrives and finds only law books. Teji and Jarnail are invited to the stage for their performance. The host teases Jarnail, saying he’s still practicing his steps and asks him to join on stage. Jarnail is worried about the video being on the pendrive and keeps checking all of them. Teji decides to check on him, and Jarnail lies about having some office work, leaving with Teji.
Ranjha tries with all his strength to break free from the chains tied to his hands. Jarnail and Teji perform, but Jarnail keeps thinking about the missing pendrive. He imagines the police coming to arrest him. Heer is anxious as Ranjha isn’t answering her calls. Jarnail recalls Naina’s friend’s words that the pendrive has reached Heer. Heer continues trying to call Ranjha, and Kuldeep tells her to focus on him. She asks Kuldeep about his surprise. He gives her a pendrive and whispers something that makes her nervous, but Kuldeep says it’s crucial for his surprise.
Jarnail checks other pendrives, noticed by Teji. Heer and Kuldeep perform a romantic dance. Jarnail is frustrated when he can’t find the pendrive. He considers drinking alcohol, remembering his incident with Naina. However, he sees a thread tied by Rajwinder on his thumb, warning not to drink until the thread is there. Jarnail tears off the thread and drinks the alcohol. Guests applaud Heer and Kuldeep’s dance. Gurmeet keeps an eye on the money Rajwinder is giving to ward off evil eyes.
Jarnail is determined to go to any lengths to stop Heer from revealing the evidence. Ranjha finally manages to break a brick from the wall he’s enclosed in, breaking down the whole wall, vowing to protect Heer. Kuldeep gives Heer the pendrive, saying it’s related to his surprise. When Heer mentions something about one of Atwal’s sons and says whatever she wants to share is inside the pendrive, Jarnail, watching from upstairs, gets worried. Ranjha rushes to reach Atwal Mansion, while Jarnail retrieves a gun from his cupboard.
Jarnail grabs a gun, and Heer is ready to play the video on the pendrive. Ranjha rushes into the venue, determined to find Heer. Jarnail aims the gun at Heer, and Ranjha notices, but he doesn’t see Jarnail. Instead of shouting, he rushes to intervene. Suddenly, there’s a power cut, and a bullet is fired. Blood splatters on Heer as Kuldeep takes the shot to save her.
Ranjha screams for Heer, and Jarnail goes to his room, thinking he has harmed Heer. In a flashback, it’s revealed that Kuldeep sacrificed himself to save Heer when he saw the gun. Rajwinder screams for Kuldeep as he falls unconscious. Ranjha asks for a towel and handkerchief to stop the bleeding. Suraj Singh calls for an ambulance. Heer is in shock, and Navjot tries to shake her up. She screams for Kuldeep, assuring everyone he will be fine. Rajwinder calls out for Jarnail.
Jarnail washes his face, feeling guilty for having alcohol and harming his own brother. Kuldeep tries to talk to Rajwinder, but Heer asks him not to give up. Kuldeep expresses his desire to live with Heer. Ranjha tells Heer to make sure the bleeding isn’t too much. Teji cries and prays for Kuldeep’s well-being. Rajwinder warns the doctor that if anything happens to Kuldeep, she won’t spare anyone.
In the operating theater, Kuldeep’s health worsens. Heer tells Rajwinder to have faith in God, assuring her that nothing will happen to Kuldeep. Rajwinder pushes Heer away, blaming her for everything, and asks her to leave. Her husband suggests that Heer might be responsible for Kuldeep’s suffering, as someone attacked him due to her enemies. Ranjha recalls Naina’s friend warning him about Heer’s life being in danger. Rajwinder’s husband tells her that if she has the power, she should give life back to Kuldeep. Navjot makes Heer sit, and Tanya wonders about her future. Rajwinder’s husband predicts that once Kuldeep recovers, Rajwinder will kick Heer out.
Jarnail believes that Kuldeep is fighting for his life because of Heer and thinks she deserves a worse fate. The doctor calls for another oxygen cylinder. Simran asks Heer about Kuldeep’s recovery, and Ranjha consoles Beant Singh. Heer remembers Kuldeep expressing his wish to give her all the happiness in the world. She sees through the glass door as Rajwinder tells Jarnail that she’ll find and shoot the person who harmed Kuldeep. Jarnail promises to identify the shooter.
Rajwinder talks to the Commissioner of Police, who tells her that they are coming to investigate at their place soon. Jarnail worries that the police might have discovered something about him. Hearing about the police investigation, he becomes concerned about his gun with fingerprints and the pen drive at home. He decides to go home and handle the situation with the police.
Rajwinder asks him to wait and calls Teji. She informs Teji about the investigation and instructs her to go home with Jarnail. They both blame Heer, calling her evil, for her actions that led to Kuldeep being in the hospital. Heer cries alone, remembering the moments of her marriage to Kuldeep. Her sister-in-law consoles her, assuring that Kuldeep will recover and return home soon. She asks Heer to stay strong and hugs her.
Jarnail and Teji return home. Jarnail, concerned about the evidence, thinks he must hide it before the police arrive. Teji promises that Kuldeep will be fine and cries. Jarnail asks her to wait at the door and inform him when the police arrive. Teji notices the missing black thread on Jarnail’s finger and questions him about drinking again. Jarnail puts on the thread, warns her not to say anything, and pretends to have a stomachache, asking for karha.
As Teji goes to the kitchen, Jarnail hides the evidence. Meanwhile, Rajneet conceals the fact that she was the one targeted tonight, not Kuldeep. The police arrive at Atwal mansion for their investigation. Teji invites them to search the house. The inspector asks if they suspect anyone, and Jarnail mentions having many enemies. He vows to ensure the culprit loses their job if Kuldeep’s killer isn’t caught. Jarnail requests the inspector to continue the investigation the next morning.
They return to the hospital and console Rajwinder. The doctor arrives with news that Kuldeep has regained consciousness and is out of danger. He advises them not to stress him. Everyone encourages Kuldeep to get well soon and come back home. As Jarnail pretends to show concern and shakes hands with Kuldeep, he recognizes Jarnail’s bracelet. Kuldeep’s condition worsens, and he collapses. The doctor examines him and sadly announces that Kuldeep has passed away.
