The bus reaches a stop, and the conductor announces that it will stop for half an hour, so anyone can do whatever they desire. Rajveer gets off the bus and asks Preeta to go ahead while he attends to the bathroom.

Shaurya also arrives at the same hotel with his friends and asks if they will surely get beer at the hotel. His friends assure him they will find it. Shaurya says he doesn’t like the look of the hotel, so he won’t go inside.

Nidhi is in her room when Rakhi calls her from the door. She says she overheard Nidhi talking to Shaurya. Nidhi replies that she knows Rakhi heard everything. Rakhi says she was happy to hear Shaurya say he loves her more than his biological mother.

Rakhi explains that Nidhi could have at least told him there must have been a reason his mother left him—no mother would leave her children without reason. She says that’s what happened with Preeta—she died and is no longer alive.

Rakhi says this is why Shaurya was left alone and Nidhi raised him. Since Shaurya only listens to Nidhi, Rakhi feels she has the right to advise him. Nidhi, walking ahead, says they should talk openly—what problem does Rakhi have with her? Why is she jealous when Shaurya calls her his mother and only listens to her?

Rakhi explains that Nidhi is living a lie. Does Nidhi think Shaurya loves her because she cares for him? No—he knows his mother will support him no matter what. Rakhi says that’s why he doesn’t think well of them.

She mentions that in his childhood, they feared he might think she only loves him because she’s his stepmother. Rakhi says as an elder, Nidhi should have taught him manners.

Nidhi sarcastically calls it a good monologue and accuses Rakhi of going mental. She says she’s glad Preeta gave birth to Shaurya, but for the past twenty years, she has raised him and fulfilled his every wrong wish. She says she truly loves Shaurya, and he only loves her the most in the world. She demands Rakhi stop telling her how to raise her own son.

Nidhi leaves. Rakhi angrily sits and starts crying, thinking she wishes she could tell Karan the truth about what’s going on in this house. But Karan would think she’s badmouthing his wife. She feels that if she can’t do anything, then Karan must—otherwise, their son will be ruined.

Karan is in his office, recalling his argument with Rishabh where he questioned why Rishabh keeps talking about Preeta. Rishabh had said their mother would be proud to see Karan’s achievements.

The manager comes and brings the file Karan requested. Karan tells him to send Preeta inside, but the manager replies that there’s no girl by that name in the office. Karan says he meant Prena, not Preeta.

The manager turns to leave, but Karan stops him and apologizes, asking him not to mention this to Rishabh and to take the file away—he’ll read it later. The manager thinks Karan sir really misses his wife.

Preeta is buying a water bottle at the shop when she sees Rajveer washing his hands. She starts walking toward him.

Shaurya, sitting in his car, complains about being bored and wonders where Sandy is. He gets out to look for her and accidentally bumps into Preeta. His phone falls.

He tries to argue with her but stops when he sees her smiling face. He kneels to pick up his phone. Preeta assumes he’s taking her blessings and blesses him.

Shaurya wonders why he feels a strange connection with this woman. Sandy reaches the car and calls Shaurya, who turns to leave.

Rajveer walks toward Preeta, who tells Shaurya to take care of the things he holds dear because sometimes we don’t get them back.

Rajveer asks why she came here—he was looking for her all over the hotel. Preeta tells him she met a boy and felt like she’s known him for years, as if he’s very close to her heart—like a relative.

Shaurya returns to his car and forms a triangle with his hands, looking at Preeta through it. Sandy asks what he’s doing, but Shaurya says he’s just looking at someone.

Preeta tells Rajveer that the boy felt like her son, just like Rajveer is Shristhi’s son. She points toward Shaurya, who is leaving. Rajveer thinks Preeta must’ve sensed the presence of her other son who’s also in the city. He tells her to sit in the bus while he gets her tea.

Shaurya is driving and asks Sandy how long until they reach the farmhouse. Sandy says the map shows one and a half hours. Shaurya says since he’s driving, they’ll reach in thirty minutes.

Preeta, sitting on the bus, looks at the mountains and says they’re really high—one mistake by the driver could cause an accident. She says she feels like vomiting.

Rajveer tells her to forget everything and take her medicine. She says he’s really caring and more like her than Shristhi, since he’s not as bold as his mother.

Shaurya tries to overtake the bus but fails. He gets frustrated and eventually manages to go ahead. He vows not to let the bus pass, just like they didn’t let him go ahead earlier.

The bus driver tries his best to overtake but fails. The passengers are uncomfortable due to the disturbance. When the bus turns right, Shaurya also turns, which worries the driver. Shaurya speeds up. The girls say they enjoyed it.

Shaurya goes beside the bus and hits it, pushing it toward the edge. The passengers are injured, and the driver is left hanging on the cliff. Everyone covers themselves in panic.

Preeta asks what happened and says they need to get out. Rajveer tells her she’s injured. Preeta panics after seeing the cliff.

Sandy asks Shaurya why he stopped. The girls see the bus and say it’s about to crash. Shaurya says who leaves before watching the climax—they have to enjoy it.

Preeta screams. The driver manages to sit back and tries to open the stuck door. Shaurya smiles in his jeep.

They finally manage to open the door. Preeta asks everyone to stay calm and send the children out first. The driver exits and helps others through the door. Rajveer tells Preeta to go, but she says there are still children inside.

Preeta says she feels dizzy. Rajveer lifts her and brings her to the roadside where she lies down. He asks what he would’ve done if anything happened to her.

Rajveer sees Shaurya and runs toward him. The girls tell Shaurya to drive. Rajveer tries to catch them but fails. He vows to teach them a lesson.

Shaurya stops the car to tease him. Rajveer gets tired and stops. Shaurya turns back again. Sandy taunts Rajveer.

Rajveer picks up a rock and throws it, hitting the car. Shaurya angrily gets out but seeing the approaching passengers, he drives away. The bus starts slipping again, and the passengers scream.

Rajveer panics as he can’t find Preeta. A passenger says a woman didn’t come out. Preeta had gone back to save a girl.

Rajveer climbs into the bus. Preeta tells the scared girl to be strong. Rajveer shouts for Preeta. She says she’s coming back with the child.

Rajveer breaks the back window with a rod. Preeta tells him to leave, it’s dangerous. He insists he won’t leave without her. The girl finally gives him her hand.

Preeta falls back and hits her head, getting more injured. Rajveer reassures her and helps both out using a rope. He remembers all the times Preeta supported him. They fall to the ground and lose consciousness.

Shaurya angrily drives. The girls laugh about the fast ride. Shaurya asks for beer but drops his phone. He remembers Preeta blessing him and prays she’s fine, then brushes off the thought.

An ambulance arrives. A girl runs to Rajveer, tries to keep him awake, and applies ointment on his wounds. He wakes up while Preeta remains unconscious.

The girl scolds Rajveer for using a dirty napkin. She tells him to treat himself first and help others since he’s a doctor. Rajveer denies being a doctor. She orders him to work.

Rajveer stares at her. She notices but ignores it. He takes out his napkin again, but she stops him and treats his wound. He smiles while watching her treat Preeta.

Another person calls the girl for help. She says she gave Preeta an injection, but it will take time to work. She asks Rajveer to inform her if anything happens.

Seeing another injured person, she calls Rajveer a doctor. Rajveer says she means she took a vow after earning her degree. She tells him to repeat the vow after her.

She leaves when someone else calls her. Rajveer checks on Preeta but the girl calls him back, needing help. He says he wants to be with his mother. She replies his mother is unconscious and says he’s a nice person.

He says the woman is his aunt. She says it’s his look out but she needs help with patients. Preeta wakes up and tells him to help the girl. He rushes to Preeta and she assures him she’s fine. She insists he go and help the girl.
