Lost in love 27 August 2023: Virat rushes back home hearing about Vinayak’s injury and asks him where he is hurt. Ashwini asks him to calm down as Vinu fell down due to stress. Virat asks what kind of stress he has, his baba will fix everything. He asks if he is stressed that his doctor aunty and Savi went somewhere, he will bring them back. Pakhi stops him. Satya thinks he has to do something and find a girl for him within 1 hour or else his mother India will leave the house. He calls Amba, who reminds that he has only 1 hour left, and asks her to make arrangements to welcome her DIL. Amba gets excited. Aaji doubts Satya. Maddy says they can’t doubt Satya always. Amba excitedly says she will gift her bangle to her DIL and takes out one. Aaji says it has Amba’s name on it, so she should give another bangle. Amba takes out another bangles and shows he sister Bhavani’s name on it.
Satya fumes recalling Virat abusing him. He tears his shirt and injures himself. Nurse notices that and asks wardboy what is Dr Satya doing. Wardboy says he is injuring himself to file a case on Dr Sai’s ex-husband Virat. Nurse says it will worsen the issue. Amba looks at her and Bhavani’s pics and thinks once he DIL comes home, she will prove Bhavani wrong by showing that even she can have a family. Pakhi accuses Virat for Vinu’s condition due to his obsession for Sai. Virat warns her to stop. Vinu gets upset hearing their argument. Ashwini asks them to stop as Vinu is getting upset. Virat says he knows only Sai can treat Vinu like last time and leaves fro there. Pakhi breaks down. Ashwini consoles her.
Satya’s family hear door bell and excitedly open it to welcome Satya’s girlfriend. Satya walks in injured. They ask what happened to him. He says this happened because of them as he had convinced a girl for marriage and was bringing her home when girl’s father interfered and trashed him as he wants his daughter to marry a policeman, another policeman named Virat saved him though. Amba asks him to stop his lies and goes to her room crying. Satya walks to her and tries to comfort her. Amba says he is lying as he wants to avoid marriage. Satya says he is not denying for marriage. Amba says if he doesn’t marry, he will see her dead face. Satya gets Virat’s call. He picks it and says he doesn’t know where his ex-wife is. Virat apologizes Satya for his misbehavior and requests him to inform Sai that Vinu is unwell. Satya asks what happened to junior doctor. Virat says Vinu had weak knees and couldn’t even walk without braces, but with Sai’s treatment, he got completely well; now due to stress, he is unable to walk again, so he should please inform Sai to reach Vinu wherever she is. Satya thinks whether he should inform Sai or not as it maybe Virat’s trick.

Satya calls Sai on Sheetal’s phone and informs her that Vinu fell down and injured himself. Sai concerned asks how is he. Satya says he is fine now, Virat called and informed that Vinu is unable to walk again, he doesn’t know if its Virat’s trick to bring her back home. Sai says Virat can’t lie for her children, so she will meet her son at any cost. Virat hopes Sai returns home for Vinu’s sake. He gets Sai’s message that she knows Vinu is ill and wants to come home and treat him, but before that she wants to meet him in Azad Maidan and clear some points regarding his behavior.
Pakhi opens the door hearing a door bell and stands fuming seeing Sai at the door. Sai says she came to meet Vinu. Pakhi says there is a saying that a fool will return to his/her house at last, Virat convinced her to return home at last. Sai says if Virat had convinced her, he would have stood here instead of Pakhi; she is here to see and treat Vinu after learning that he is ill; she is here after confirming that Virat is not here. She walks to Vinu’s room and calls him. Vinu excitedly tries to walk towards her but falls down. Sai holds him. Vinu asks if she came. Sai says her son was so strong and his legs were also fine, then what happened suddenly. She pampers him and asks him what happened. Sai says when she left home after fighting with baba, baba went behind her and when mamma/Pakhi tried to stop him, baba pushed mamma away injuring her and without bothering to check. Pakhi thinks what is Virat doing in separation. Vinu further describes how he was unable to walk suddenly and fell down. Sai thinks Virat and Pakhi’s fight had a high impact on Vinu’s mind, Virat is doing wrong.

Vinu requests her to stop her parents from fighting and let him stay with his parents, grandparents, and sisters; his classmates parents separated and now he stays with either of them for a few days, he wants to stay with his whole family. Sai says everything will be fine. Vinu asks her to promise that she will stop her parents from separating. Sai promises her to set everything right and asks him to remember the exercises she taught him. Vinu starts exercises. Ashwini watches them. Virat reaches Azad maidan to meet Sai and thinks why he can’t see her, maybe she is on the way.
Sai tries to leave after meeting Vinu. Ashwini asks if she thinks Vinu will get well. Sai says he will soon. Ashwini says if Sai treats Vinu, he will get well soon. She asks about Savi. Sai says Savi is fine and even she is fine. Ashwini asks why is she smiling. Sai says when she was in this house, Ashwini wanted her to go from here and when she has gone, she is worried for her. Ashwini reminds that once she used to considered her as a mother. Sai says she can’t forget the days when she got a motherly love, Ashwini used to care for her as she was her DIL then and now she cares for Pakhi as Pakhi is her DIL now, she doesn’t have any problem with it. Ashwini says she still cares for Sai, but her responsibility overtakes her feelings; she has seen how Pakhi has suffered since years and took care of Virat and Vinu, its her duty to support Pakhi when Virat is troubling her like her in-laws and husband troubled her years ago. Sai says she is misunderstanding her, she doesn’t have any problem with Ashwini loving Pakhi, she felt bad when Ashwini mistreats her and she never thought Ashwini would change. Ashwini says she and her love towards her hasn’t changed, but situation has changed; she knew that Virat and Pakhi’s relationship would be affected with Sai’s entry in this house and it will never get back to normal in life again.

Sai asks Ashwini if she means she is responsible for Virat and Pakhi’s differences. Ashwini says its true as she has seen love and madness for her in Virat’s eyes. Sai says though Virat does whatever he wants to, she never thought of interfering between Virat and Sai and is leaving this city soon. Ashwini says Virat loves only Sai and is adamant to get Sai back in his life one day. She says though she is like Sai’s mother, she is Pakhi’s MIL and has to handle of Pakhi; she is pain seeing Virat going far away from Pakhi forever. Virat continues to wait for Sai at Azad maidan and tries her number. He reads her message again and realizes that Sai tricked him to visit his house. He heads back towards home. Sai assures Ashwini that she will not accept defeat whatever problems she faces, she is a policeman’s daughter and will not break the promise she made to her son, her son’s family will not break and he will start walking again. Ashwini says she will not forget her favor and is sure she will do something if she has decided. Sai leaves from there.
Sai returns to Sheetal’s house. Savi asks if she met Vinu and baba. Sai says they will leave from here soon. Satya calls her on Sheetal’s mobile and informs her that he has arranged her a job at a Mumbai hospital and will send her details. Sai thanks him. Virat rushes home and asks if Sai had come. Ashwini says she visited Vinu and left. Virat rushes towards Vinu’s room. Sonali says Virat has gone mad in Sai’s love. Virat asks Vinu what did Sai say. Vinu says she promised to treat him. Virat asks if Savi was with Sai, did she tell where she is staying now and where will she go. Vinu says no. Virat fumes that Sai fooled him again, but he will not accept defeat and will continue to search for her.
