Akshara asks Abhimanyu why he brought her to such a strange place, saying she was expecting a surprise from him. But Abhimanyu straight away questions her about hiding the truth of the accident. Akshara is confused and asks him why he is behaving so strangely. Abhimanyu gets angry and accuses her of lying about Manjiri’s accident. Akshara stands there shocked.
Manjiri, on the other side, thinks she was expecting some drama, but everything has been handled quietly. She feels that because of Akshara, both Birla house and the hospital are facing problems. Mahima decides that she will break Abhimanyu and Akshara’s wedding. Just then, Manjiri arrives from behind.
Abhimanyu continues to confront Akshara for hiding the truth. Akshara asks him to lower his voice, saying she doesn’t like anyone speaking loudly to her. She again asks him why he is saying she never told him anything. Abhimanyu tells her that she had many chances to confess but didn’t. He then asks her who was driving the car. Akshara stands completely shocked.
Manjiri speaks to Mahima and asks who she is talking to, but Mahima ignores her. Manjiri then shares her wish of a destination wedding for Abhimanyu and Akshara, just like Parth and Shefali. Mahima tells her to go ahead and plan it, while Manjiri asks her to speak with the Goenkas and Harsh. Mahima thinks she must stay close to the wedding if she wants to break Abhimanyu and Akshara’s bond.
Abhimanyu again demands the truth and asks who was driving the car, saying he cannot believe it was Akshara. Finally, Akshara reveals that Arohi was driving. Abhimanyu becomes even more furious after hearing this. Akshara tries to defend herself, saying she already told him the truth, but Abhimanyu says her confession never reached him. He questions her for always protecting Arohi.
He tells her that because of Arohi, their relationship is breaking again. He is angry that she always keeps Arohi above him. In frustration, he calls her “Akshara” instead of “Akshu,” which hurts her. Akshara asks him if he realizes how painful it is when he doesn’t call her by her nickname. Abhimanyu gets even more irritated.
Arohi decides she will now focus on her career after Akshara’s wedding. Meanwhile, Harsh tells Anand that he doesn’t even want to invite anyone to Abhimanyu’s wedding, and he wishes Abhimanyu had married Arohi instead.
Abhimanyu walks away from Akshara, furious that she chose Arohi over their relationship. Akshara feels shattered when she later hears that the Birlas have cancelled the wedding plans. She returns home in silence. Arohi asks Suhasini and Swarna why they are preparing handmade mehendi, and they explain the ritual. Kairav and Vansh decide to help Arohi prepare mehendi for Akshara, leaving Akshara stunned.
Manjiri calls Suhasini and Swarna and asks them to cancel the wedding plans, but then later mentions the destination wedding idea, which makes the Goenkas happy. Everyone gets busy with preparations while Akshara and Abhimanyu share an awkward silence. Abhimanyu leaves for the hospital to attend a critical patient.
At the hospital, Abhimanyu performs surgery while another doctor says the patient is not responding. Akshara sings to calm the patient, and both of them are reminded of their past moments. On the other side, Goenkas rush with mehendi preparations while waiting for Akshara. Swarna informs that Akshara has been called for a patient, and the family believes Abhimanyu is with her, saying she is lucky to have the Birlas.
Arohi gets irritated hearing this. At the hospital, Abhimanyu continues ignoring Akshara. Akshara tells him that even if he doesn’t want to talk, she will still hope he comes back to her. Abhimanyu leaves without responding.
Later, Akshara gets ready for the mehendi function while the family dances and celebrates. Everyone is enjoying, but Akshara keeps waiting for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu, on the other hand, is still angry recalling her lie. Manjiri learns the truth about the accident and defends Akshara, but Abhimanyu refuses to listen.
Arohi notices Akshara’s silence and asks what is wrong, but Akshara stays lost in her thoughts.
