Shikhar stops Avani from falling and holds her hand to take her inside. Tamanna gets jealous seeing them close. She feels he never shows this kind of care for her. Later Tamanna reaches her office. Ajit gets mad at Varma for leaking their secret tender amount. He tells Varma he knows nothing about it but the info came from his IP address. In anger Ajit fires Varma. Tamanna feels good thinking she took revenge on Varma for humiliating Shikhar.
Shagun visits Shikhar’s house. Suman asks her if this is a hotel where she can come and go anytime. Shagun makes faces. Meanwhile Ajit thinks about the meeting. Tamanna talks to him to grab his attention and learns he wants to hire someone for Varma’s spot. She suggests Shikhar’s name. Ajit asks if Varma didn’t fire him. Tamanna says Shikhar resigned to start his own business. Ajit asks for his number. Tamanna smirks and gives it.
Shikhar checks his email when Ajit calls to offer him the vacancy. Shikhar gets super happy and tells Avani right away. He also shares that Varma got fired. Shikhar thanks Suman saying he got the job because of her prayers. Avani thanks God too. Shagun tells Avani that now Shikhar has a job so she doesn’t need to work secretly. Avani replies she did it for the family and never humiliated them. Shagun says she doesn’t regret anything. Suman tells her to learn to apologize and demands one. Shagun finally apologizes.
Avani notices Shikhar hasn’t come yet and collides with him. He scolds her for getting in his way. She brought curd for him but he refuses. Suman tells him to eat it so he does. At the office Tamanna and the staff welcome Shikhar. Tamanna remembers how Varma humiliated him. Shikhar feels proud sitting in that seat. He asks Tamanna if she arranged all this. She says Varma deserved punishment for insulting him and Shikhar deserves this position. Shikhar thanks her. Tamanna says she did it for herself because she wants him with her always. She asks for a treat. He tells her to book a table at a restaurant for 2 pm.
Kuttu and Yash fight at school. The teacher scolds them and takes them to the principal. They call Avani so she rushes there. Shikhar scolds her for not taking care of the kids properly. The principal talks to both of them and blames Kuttu at first. Tamanna keeps calling Shikhar while waiting but he switches off his phone. Avani figures out Yash caused the issue and fixes everything. Shikhar messages Tamanna then switches off his phone again. Kuttu hugs Shikhar and Avani. They enjoy family time and Kuttu asks for ice cream. Tamanna sees this from her car and feels done with him. She tries to hit Kuttu with the car but Avani saves her just in time. Shikhar realizes Tamanna did it because she saw them together and can go to any extreme.
Avani tells Kuttu to freshen up before eating. Kuttu finds a torn card and thinks Yash did it. Anika sees her card in Kuttu’s hand, scolds her and snatches it back. Avani comes to scold Kuttu for wasting time but Anika hides the card and leaves. Avani thinks Anika is acting weird. Shikhar tries to talk to Tamanna but she ignores him. He holds her hand to stop her and apologizes for missing lunch. Tamanna complains he fed ice cream to Avani instead of having dinner with her. Shikhar explains the school called him for the kids so he had no choice. His children are his first priority. Tamanna asks where she stands. He always says he loves her and not Avani but stays behind Avani. Shikhar says Avani is just the kids’ mom and nothing more. Tamanna says she understands and overreacted. Avani always pulls him into family stuff but Tamanna gets him better.
Shikhar expresses his feelings for Tamanna. He couldn’t do lunch but has a surprise for her. She gets happy and hugs him. He says he will buy her a gold chain. Later Avani hears Shagun scolding Suman about fasting for Satyanarayan Puja after her recent accident. Shagun questions how Suman will manage. Avani says the puja will happen and she will take the fast instead. Suman asks if she can do it. Avani assures her and asks for the list of things needed. Suman tells her to buy a Tulsi leaf coin and says a wife should take her husband’s permission first. Shagun makes faces and asks if she needs Vidyut’s permission to drink tea too. Suman glares at her.
Anika talks to her boyfriend but stops when Avani comes. Avani senses she is hiding something. Shikhar takes Tamanna to a jewellery shop and chooses an expensive necklace for her without caring about the price. Avani tries calling him. Ritu meets her and they go to buy the coin. Avani finds it too costly. Ritu notices Shikhar there. Avani calls him and gets surprised. He lies saying he came to buy a necklace for her. Avani says they can’t afford gold now. Shikhar pays for the coin and leaves. Tamanna later tells her friend how Shikhar treats her like she doesn’t exist in front of Avani. Her friend reminds her Avani is his legal wife and she is the third person. Shikhar calls Tamanna. She tells him to stay the night but he refuses because of the puja.
Avani tells Ritu she wants to buy vegetables. Ritu says Shikhar acted weird at the shop trying to buy a gold necklace. Avani thinks he might be mending things and Suman asked him to buy the coin. Ritu feels he is hiding something. Avani decides she will surprise him too. Anika and Rudra talk in the car. Rudra gets frustrated as she hides their relationship and leaves when he tries to get close.
Avani shows the coin to Suman who likes it. Avani says Shikhar helped choose it. Suman tells her to obey him for a smooth life. Avani shows their picture parcel as a surprise for Shikhar. Suman praises it. Tamanna calls Shikhar to apologize for being rude. He warns her not to be like Avani if she can’t understand him. Tamanna asks if Avani suspected anything. He says no and heads home for the puja. Shagun and Vidyut visit. Avani is happy to see Krish. She plans to hang the picture in the bedroom. Shagun reminds her it was her room. Avani says her place in her maternal home stays but she needs to make one in her in-laws house.
Avani thanks Vidyut for the ring but he says he gifted a wallet. There was confusion. Ritu asks Avani about the ring and the weird behaviour at the jewellery shop. Avani says she trusts Shikhar and will ask him directly. Suddenly they hear an accident sound. Shikhar carries Tamanna inside. Everyone gets shocked when he calls her his Tamanna. He clarifies she is his office staff who helped him get the job back. Avani splashes water on Tamanna’s face. Suman says they are even now. Tamanna tells Avani she is famous in office as a great cook. Avani thanks her for helping Shikhar. Suman criticizes Tamanna’s short dress but Shikhar supports her. Suman tells Tamanna to call her husband. Tamanna says she is unmarried and her lover is married. Avani invites her for the puja. Vidyut asks Shikhar who sent the expensive ring for his birthday..
