Jeet tells Heer that she hasn’t kept any of her promises and questions why she expects the same from him when she doesn’t trust him. Heer tries to apologize, but Jeet insists she needs to earn his trust and apology. He says he’ll help her, but he’ll keep doubting her until she proves Jarnail is alive. Yashika expresses her trust in Heer. Jeet asks her if she’s seen him, but Yashika mentions hearing someone cutting the railing. She even suspects Teji might be helping Jarnail.
Jeet scolds Heer for doubting someone who sacrificed her own happiness for them. Heer insists Teji is hiding something. She tells him not to trust her if he doesn’t want to, but requests his help. Jeet agrees to help Heer but warns that if her words prove wrong, he’ll never forgive her. At the breakfast table, Teji’s phone rings, but she doesn’t answer it. She tells Sunny and Simrit to have their breakfast and leaves, claiming she’s getting milk for them.
Teji talks to someone on the phone and questions when the work needs to be done. She turns around and finds Jeet there, startling her. Jeet says he came to keep the plate. Teji claims she has urgent work. Heer decides to follow her with Jeet. Jeet questions how he can trust Heer when she’s hiding so many things. While driving, Teji notices she’s being followed by another car, so she stops midway. Jeet asks Heer to hide because it will be difficult to explain to Teji.
Teji confronts Jeet about following her. He says he was worried about her well-being. Teji lies, saying her friend is stuck in an abusive marriage, so she’s going to meet her. Teji notices someone hiding in Jeet’s car but fails to find Heer inside. Jeet advises Teji to go and meet her friend and never feel alone. Jeet feels thankful Teji didn’t see anything. Heer arrives, and Jeet scolds her for doubting Teji and making strange plans. He tells Heer to sit in the car and come back home.
Heer refuses to go with Jeet. Jasmin also hides Gurmeet’s truth from Heer. Later that night, Heer tells Jeet they need to go to his old house immediately. In her mind, Heer apologizes to Jeet and makes him unconscious. She pours kerosene all around and leaves Jeet there, setting it on fire. Jarnail arrives and praises her. Heer recalls how she made Jeet hear everything on audio earlier in the car. Jeet gets up and hears someone crying for help. Jeet saves Yashika from the fire, and she explains how she got trapped in it.
Heer tells Yashika that it was all her plan to show Jarnail to Jeet, but he denies seeing him. She questions Yashika for being there. Jeet scolds Heer for burning his childhood home for her plan and risking her friend’s life. Later, he asks Yashika to lie on the bed and gets ointment for her burns. He even applies it to her bruises while Yashika lovingly looks at Jeet. A song plays in the background as Jeet tends to Yashika’s burn injuries.
Jeet tells Yashika not to put her life in danger for him, but she says she cannot promise that. Yashika thinks about how Jeet saved her from fire and gets emotional. Beant reaches the farmhouse and wonders what Gurmeet is doing there. Heer apologizes to Jeet, but he says she’s behaving weirdly and claims that Jarnail doesn’t exist; it’s all her imagination. Heer tells him not to trust her words but to help her find the person who is with Jarnail keeping an eye on her. Jeet agrees to help for the sake of their friendship.
Beant Singh knocks on the farmhouse gate, and Gurmeet’s girlfriend opens it. Jasmin thinks she has to stop him, so she calls him and says that Gurmeet had called them and is coming home. Upon hearing this, Beant leaves immediately from the farmhouse. Jasmin worries that society will blame her for her husband staying with someone else. Heer calls Jarnail and manipulates him to give her a chance to execute her plan to hurt Jeet. Jarnail questions why she’s eager to help him if she knows killing Jeet and her is difficult.
Heer tells Jarnail that she has decided to produce a movie and enter Bollywood with the money he will give her. She explains her plan and says that his work is done, and the car brakes are failed. She asks him to check himself. In the kitchen, Rajwinder scolds about why the cooker blasted. Heer wonders if all of them are in the kitchen, who is checking the car brakes. Heer is about to go out when she notices Navjot coming from outside with a black stain on her hand. She tells Jeet about doubting that she is the one helping Jarnail.
Jeet scolds Heer for doubting her own mother. But Heer says that she might be getting blackmailed by Jarnail. However, Jeet is hesitant to accept the same. Heer recalls how Navjot had made her marry Kuldeep. She sits crying, and Yashika comes there, hugging and consoling her. Yashika tells her that maybe someone else is with Jarnail. She also advises Heer to confront Navjot about the same. Beant and Navjot ask Jasmine about Gurmeet. She lies that he is about to come but might be late. Heer tells Yashika that now she has to bring out Jarnail’s truth and find out why Navjot is helping him.
Heer walks absentmindedly, thinking about Navjot’s suspicious behaviour. Suddenly, there’s a splash of water, and Heer nervously hugs Jeet, who holds her securely in his arms. Yashika sees them close and feels hurt. Jeet lovingly cleans Heer’s face, and Yashika cries seeing them so intimate. Heer remarks that it’s fortunate no one saw them.
Jeet senses Heer’s tension and decides he needs to uncover the truth his own way. Meanwhile, Yashika cries, reminiscing about Jeet’s affectionate words, mistaking her for Heer, and the moments they shared. She listens to a sad song while crying alone on the bed, wondering why she feels bad when Jeet and Heer are married and have loved each other since birth. Navjot receives a call from someone urging her to meet for the next plan, but she scolds them for disturbing her unnecessarily. The unknown caller is revealed to be Jeet, checking if Navjot is with Jarnail. Jeet believes Navjot is innocent, and Heer is overthinking. Later, Navjot agrees to meet.
A person in a hoodie meets Jarnail, showing him a video of Yashika tampering with Jeet’s car brakes. Jarnail sees Yashika as a potential ally. He calls Yashika, alias Heer, to meet him. Jeet enters Heer’s room but finds it empty. He then finds Yashika lost in thought. Yashika questions him if he ever felt someone close was drifting away because of a third person. Jeet acknowledges it but mentions fate reuniting him with Heer.
Yashika mentions not everyone is lucky in love. Jeet inquires about her heartbreak. Yashika admits she broke her own heart, so she has no one to blame. Jarnail meets Heer, giving her a tablet to give to Jeet, causing a heart attack. He instructs her to take it herself if she fails to give it to Jeet. Heer wonders why Navjot is helping Jarnail and if she’s also being blackmailed.
In the kitchen, Yashika makes green tea and rudely responds to Navjot’s queries. Jasmin worries when Gurmeet doesn’t answer her calls, fearing Beant might go to the farmhouse again. Heer calls Jarnail, warning that if anything happens to Jeet after consuming the tablets, the evidence will implicate her. She suggests Jarnail kills Jeet outside the house, making it look like an accident, as nobody will suspect a dead man. Navjot tells Beant she notices changes in Heer’s behavior and doubts if she’s the real Heer. Jasmin meets Gurmeet, but he scolds her for coming, urging him to come home for his parents’ sake. Yashika apologizes to Navjot for her earlier rudeness, suggesting they spend the day out together.
