Jeet carries Heer to their room, recalling the promises they made. He helps her drink water and settles her on the bed.
The guests admire Jeet’s caring nature towards his wife and tease him playfully. Jeet politely asks them to leave, insisting that Heer needs rest. He closes the curtains and ensures Heer is comfortable. Heer then confesses her love to Jeet, saying “I love you.” Jeet, surprised, asks her to repeat it, and she does. Overwhelmed with happiness, Jeet lifts her in his arms and hugs her tightly. He expresses his gratitude for having her in his life and encourages her to rest. As the song “Mahi Maine Chhaddion Na” plays in the background, Jeet returns briefly to tell Heer that he loves her too before leaving the room.
Later, Heer confides in Jass while they are in the car, revealing that Jarnail is alive, and she’s determined to catch him. Jass informs Jeet about this, prompting him to rush outside. Heer begins to follow Jarnail, determined to confront him. In a flashback, it’s revealed that Jarnail orchestrated everything, including paying the waiter, to lure Heer into following him. Despite Heer’s attempts to apply the brakes, they fail, leading to a dangerous situation. Jarnail cruelly taunts Heer over the phone, revealing that he sabotaged her car as a wedding gift, intending to cause her demise. Panicked, Heer contacts Jeet, informing him of the brake failure. Unfortunately, she ends up in an accident.
Jeet arrives at the scene and swiftly rushes Heer to the hospital, where doctors take her into surgery, asking Jeet to wait outside. Anxious and praying fervently, Jeet vows not to let anything happen to Heer. Meanwhile, Rajvinder, misguided, blames Heer’s condition on their failure to seek psychiatric help, believing Heer’s pursuit of Jarnail’s ghost led to the accident. Despite the grim prognosis from the nurse, Jeet remains resolute about saving Heer.
Unbeknownst to everyone, Jarnail, disguised as a doctor, recalls cutting the car’s brake wire, confident that this time, Jeet won’t be able to rescue Heer.
The doctor asks Jarnail, disguised as a doctor, to fetch glucose. Jarnail leaves and adds some drug to the bottle. When asked why he’s taking so long, Jeet rushes to bring glucose but accidentally collides with Jarnail, causing the glucose to spill. Jarnail believes that as long as Jeet is around, he’ll continue to rescue Heer. Heer’s brother vows to quit drinking if God saves his sister. Everyone fervently prays for Heer’s recovery.
Jeet confides in Teji, admitting that although he’s trying to stay strong, he’s struggling to see Heer in this state. He pours his heart out to God, questioning why his happiness is always taken away, pleading for Heer’s life in exchange for his own. Sartaj advises Teji to go home as the kids are alone, promising to keep her updated. Rajvinder offers to take care of the kids.
A man informs Jeet about a nearby Gurudwara known for granting wishes, albeit through a challenging route. Jeet, determined to save Heer, is undeterred by the difficult path. Jarnail bribes the man, deriding Jeet for his sentimentality. Jeet, despite injuring his feet on the rocky path, recalls Heer’s promise of a life together and perseveres to reach the Gurudwara.
Meanwhile, Jarnail sabotages Heer’s treatment by injecting the doctor with a harmful substance. However, Jeet’s prayers seem to interfere, causing the syringe to break. Eventually, doctors administer a successful injection to Heer, stabilizing her condition. Teji drops Rajvinder home, where Sunny notices her standing, contrary to her usual behavior.
As Jeet prays at the Gurudwara, the doctors inform Heer’s family that she’s out of danger. Sartaj relays the news to Jeet, who rushes back to the hospital, finding everyone somber. The doctor explains that while Heer is stable, she has sustained injuries from small mirror pieces, especially on her face, causing intense pain. Jeet, overwhelmed, recalls his moments with Heer and authorizes plastic surgery to improve her condition, despite knowing her face won’t be the same.
The doctor reassures Jeet about the safety of the procedure, explaining it’s a brief surgery lasting 2-3 hours, with bandages to be removed the next day.
