Jeet joyfully announces that his marriage is arranged. Teji assumes he’s referring to himself and Heer. Jeet praises Heer for bringing happiness into his life, mentioning Teji and the kids. Rajwinder is pleased and blesses them. Sartaj is stunned and demands clarification. Jeet asserts he’s sharing his decision with everyone. Sartaj insists Heer should confirm her feelings. Heer suggests Jeet marry Teji.
Teji is also caught off guard by the sudden decision. Sartaj asks Heer directly if she loves Jeet. Rajwinder redirects, claiming everyone is content with Ranjha’s choice. Ranjha tries to prompt Heer to speak up, but she remains silent. She congratulates both Teji and Jeet, claiming she feels no romantic connection with Ranjha. Ranjha, upset, accidentally injures himself, but insists Teji tends to the wound.
Teji administers first aid to Ranjha, while Heer struggles to hide her emotions. She wonders why it’s so hard and realizes she’ll have to witness Teji and Ranjha together. Rajwinder sets the wedding date for ten days later, shocking Heer. Rajwinder explains she already knew Ranjha would choose Teji, so she’s arranged everything. Ranjha agrees, and Heer makes an excuse to leave.
Jasmin discreetly brings food for Gurmeet, revealing he’s hungry. Beant discovers Gurmeet had already eaten at a hotel. Ranjha plays with Sunny and Simrit, who happily embrace him. They express their excitement about having him as their father and plan to share the news at school. Ranjha suggests Heer teach them how to celebrate, and Sunny requests Badam ka halwa.
Heer cooks the halwa, reminiscing about the past when Ranjha made it for her. She gets emotional, wishing she’d understood Ranjha’s feelings earlier. Heer almost falls, but Ranjha catches her. Teji joins them, and Ranjha expresses his desire to talk to her alone. Teji assures Ranjha she only wants a father for her kids, nothing more.
Simrit tells Sunny to start calling Jeet “father” from now on. Jass overhears them and feels surprised. Meanwhile, Rajvinder is helping Teji pick out a lehenga for her wedding. Jass is about to interrupt, but Heer brings Jass Bhabhi to her room. Heer recalls telling Jeet she will never love him and asked him to marry Teji. Heer informs Jass that the wedding is in ten days and advises him to keep quiet. Bhabhi insists she won’t let Heer sacrifice her love and tells him the truth. Jeet overhears and asks her what truth they’re discussing. Heer claims she’s hiding Jeet’s wedding gift as a surprise. Jeet insists there will be no surprises this time; he’ll choose his own gift, which will be costly. He invites Jass for Holi before his marriage. Heer asks Teji to pick the engagement ring, and Teji suggests Jeet should decide.
Teji pretends to forget something in the kitchen and asks Heer to choose instead. Jeet asks Heer what choice she would have made if she were the bride. Heer makes a choice, and Jeet puts the ring on her finger. The ring seller apologizes for putting it on Heer’s finger, thinking she’s the bride. Rajvinder teases Heer about finding a groom for her soon. She secretly plots to find a man who will make Heer’s life miserable. Heer insists she doesn’t want to marry again, but Rajvinder argues that everyone needs support in life. Teji agrees, stating life is better with a partner, and sits next to Jeet. Sartaj informs Heer that her parents are coming home for Holi tomorrow, and he’ll talk with them about her marriage.
Gurmeet locks himself inside and threatens suicide. His father breaks the door and takes away the knife, and Gurmeet leaves. Holi celebrations start at the Atwal house. Simrit and Sunny invite Heer to play Holi, but she declines. Teji also encourages them to go play with their grandmother. Rajvinder tells Teji it’s her first Holi with Jeet, so she should celebrate. Jeet tells Teji she has to play Holi as it’s his first Holi with the family, and before today, he never had anyone with him on any festival. Heer recalls playing Holi with Jeet in childhood. Jeet expresses that for the first time, it feels like he has someone. Heer’s parents arrive at the Atwal house.
Heer’s parents ask her if she’s happy with Jeet marrying Teji. Jass stops them and tells Heer she understands her decision and gives Gujiya to Heer to taste. Jass tells Jeet that he always loved Heer, so could he agree to marry someone else? Jeet responds indignantly, refusing to endure her insults in the name of love, and leaves. Jass thinks now she has to do something. Heer asks Jeet to help find a job for her brother. Jeet agrees rudely. She asks why he’s talking like that. Jeet tells her, “Didn’t you want me to leave you alone?” Heer asks him to behave normally for their childhood friendship. Jeet announces that he will apply colour to the person who matters the most to him. Jeet intends to apply colour to Teji, but the kids come playing, and colour falls on Heer.
