Teji is instructed to stay with Jarnail, and she receives a call from the women’s welfare association about the successful protest. Jarnail hears this and admits to Teji that the police might arrest him for his involvement in Naina’s case. Teji questions him about Naina, but Jarnail denies any connection, leaving abruptly.
Naina’s friend, at Heer’s function, plans to make the pendrive with the video reach Heer. The minister warns Jarnail about the consequences of being involved in Naina’s matter. Ranjha notices relief in Beant Singh’s smile. Naina’s friend purposely places the pendrive in Heer’s bag. Navjot scolds Heer for taking action against the Atwals, causing Heer to worry about losing her house and Beant Singh.

Teji tries to settle Sunny and Simran by explaining Rajwinder’s actions. Navjot insists everyone thinks she’s wrong, but Heer claims she’s just concerned about Naina. Teji walks into her room. Jarnail gets anxious after seeing her. She asks him what he is doing. Jarnail says it’s crowded so came upstair to get some air. She says come quickly the mehendi ceremony is about to start. She picks up Thaal and walks away. Heer emotionally looking at Beant Singh,
finds him teary-eyed too. Ranjha is about to offer a handkerchief, but Kuldeep does it first.
Jarnail plans to steal Heer’s phone to give it to the hacker, he walks downstairs to steal her phone. Rajwinder suggests Jarnail not make any scene and take revenge after Heer gets married and visits their home. Jarnail has other plans. He announces a surprise for both Heer and Kuldeep, inviting a dance troupe. One dancer picks up Heer’s phone and hands it to Jarnail, who then gives it to the hacker. The hacker ensures that all calls and texts Heer receives will also appear on his phone. The dancer returns Heer’s phone. It’s revealed that Kuldeep’s first letter is hidden in Heer’s mehendi, and Rajwinder asks Kuldeep to find it.
Jarnail sees someone calling Heer, answers it, but it’s her aunt on the line. Ranjeet feels hurt seeing Kuldeep holding Heer’s hand. Simran and Sunny try to see Heer’s mehendi, accidentally smudging it a bit. Kuldeep claims he can’t find the letter “K” on her hands. The mehendi girl inspects and reveals it looks more like “R,” leaving Ranjha emotional. Heer receives a text mentioning someone wanting to talk about Naina. Jarnail reads it and worries that if Heer sees it, he’ll be in trouble.

Heer gets a call from SP, informing her that there are no updates on Naina. Jarnail overhears the conversation. Heer attempts to get the Haveli papers from Rajwinder, but she brushes it off. Kuldeep and Ranjha engage in arm wrestling. When Heer cheers for Ranjha, Navjot suggests she encourage Kuldeep instead.
