Prev: Friday update on The Heir
Amba says I don’t know, but I like to trust him, I feel he will do what he says, I wish he gets courage that he fails Jagan and fulfils his promise.
Raavi comes to taunt Amba. Amba answers her back well. Simran smiles. Swaroop tells Raman that his friendship is not wrong, but enmity between Bajwas and Pavaniyas will never end, Harjeet will kill you. He says you all chose enmity, I chose friendship, I won’t let anyone know this, you are very nice, thanks, you saved me from Papa today. Mannu asks Gunjan why is she crying. Gunjan says she is hungry. Mannu consoles her and asks her to work. Gunjan serves juice to guests. The juice falls and Raavi scolds Gunjan. Jagan looks on and says the kids have no manners. Sushila says let them go, they are kids.
Mannu signs Gunjan. Gunjan smiles and goes to Mannu. They go to Sukhi. Mannu asks Gunjan what are you crying. Gunjan says Raavi scolded me. Mannu says we will take revenge, mummy added something in food and all guests will run to hospital. Sukhi hears them. Mannu laughs and goes.
Raavi and Sushila talk to guests and tell about Bebe.
Sushila says Raavi is taking care of Bebe. Raavi says Mata Rani will punish Amba. Sukhi comes with no pyjama and guests laugh. Jagan gets shocked. Sushila asks Raavi to see Sukhi. Jagan shouts Raavi. Raavi shouts Sukhi….. Everyone laugh. Sukhi sees he did not wear pyjama and gets embarrassed. Mannu and Gunjan laugh.
Raavi takes Sukhi to room and scolds him. Jagan dances with everyone. Sushila says food is served. Jagan asks everyone to come. Raavi asks Sukhi to wear the pyjama. Sukhi tells her that there is something mixed in food, I heard Mannu and Gunjan saying this. Raavi asks what, everyone is going to have food, come fast. Gunjan says Mannu, you said we will have food first. Mannu says this is start, just see what happens. Raavi comes and stops Jagan.
Sukhi’s pyjama falls and everyone laugh. Raavi says I got to know something, enemies have planned this, they mixed something in food, everyone will fall ill. Jagan gets shocked. Everyone leave food. Jagan asks what happened. Raavi says Amba wanted to ruin Jashan, I m saving it. Jagan looks at Amba. Amba asks why will I do this, we made food by love, I did not add anything. Raavi says yes, we have seen your love, Sukhi heard Mannu saying Amba added something in food.
Mannu says you made us work hard and now blaming us. Raavi says yes, you worked hard to make everyone reach hospital and our Jashan spoils. Amba asks why will we do this, I also care for this house’s respect, if everyone fall ill, Bebe’s respect will get ruined. Jagan says enough, now Amba will have food, prove you did not do anything. Mannu says how can we eat food, its got guests. Jagan says stop it. He asks Raavi to serve food to four of them, if the food is faulty, these four will go hospital, not guests. They all sit. Amba recalls Mannu’s words. Mannu smiles. Raavi serves them food. They all eat food and get glad. Mannu says there is nothing in food, shall we go. Jagan says finish the food silently. Mannu smiles.
Raman puts some money inside godown house door for Amba by Bheeru’s name. Mannu says now we can’t have more food, the food made by Amba was very tasty. Jagan and Raavi stare at Sukhi. Amba and her children leave. Sushila thinks Mannu is very clever, its mistake to think he is fool, Amba gave clever heir to Pavaniyas, but he will be caught in Sushila’s leela, I have to see Jagan now.
Raman runs away seeing Mannu and everyone coming. Mannu says it was fun, I told you we will eat food first. Simran steps on money envelope and it falls aside. Mannu says its good we have seen Bebe also. Amba smiles and hugs her children. She wishes Bebe gets fine soon.
Sushila slaps Raavi for failing the plan. Jagan says Mannu fooled me, I will decide today. Sushila stops him and asks him to use senses, Mannu’s bad days will start tomorrow, he can’t get saved by my Leela.
Its morning, Sushila waits for Mannu. She asks Mannu to take Prasad, I went to temple, I m worried for Amba, I m thinking what to do to get you all back home, its not easy to convince Jagan, will you do something. He asks what. She says become Jagan’s assistant, help him in his work, you all can come home and get some money, that will help Amba. Mannu says but Jagan won’t keep me on work. She says I will try, you trust me and agree, I will help you. He recalls Jagan’s words and agrees. She says come home at 10am, okay. She goes.
Amba tells Mannu that you won’t work with Jagan. Mannu asks but why. Amba says Jagan is not good. Sushila tells Jagan that Mannu will fall in their trap. Amba says you won’t work, he is Jagan, you know he will trouble us. Mannu says he is still troubling us, but now I will get paid. Amba reminds what happened yesterday and says I can’t send you to hell by knowing everything. Mannu says I will not let anyone know I m a girl, I m your Waaris, its Diwali today, I don’t want my sisters to sleep hungry tonight.
Raavi tells Sushila that Bebe used to make Amba light diya always in Diwali night, this time I will light it. Sushila says this is not related to Diwali, be quiet. She says Jagan, there is one way to break them, its my breaking their unity, once Mannu works here, you fool him, you can control him. Raavi says yes, right. Mannu asks Amba to agree. Amba says I know you are doing this for your family, you understand what is happening with me, forgive me you have to become mature so early because of me, but you have to be alert when you talk to Jagan. Mannu says don’t worry, I will take care.
Mannu goes to Jagan and asks for work. Jagan says I don’t trust you, leave from here. Mannu asks why don’t you trust me give me any work and see. Jagan asks will you do whatever I say. Mannu says yes, I will never move back and try till I win. Jagan smiles and says fine, now you have to do one work, you will go to Bajwas house. Mannu gets shocked. Jagan asks him to get tender file from Harjeet. Mannu asks how will I do this. Jagan asks him to go and rest in Amba’s lap and hear Charan’s stories. Mannu says I will do this to feed my family, don’t say anything wrong about my dad next time. He leaves.
Raman sees Simran and thinks to ask her about money. He greets Simran and asks are you all fine now. She thinks of Raman giving her food and says no, we got much help, thanks. He gets glad and says if you need anything… She says no, we all are fine, thanks, I will go, mummy will be worried.
Amba asks Mannu what work did Jagan do. Mannu thinks I can’t say truth as mummy won’t let go to Bajwas, but if I lie, I will get hiccups and mummy will understand. He says Jagan asked me to get file. She asks which file. He says I will tell later and goes. Amba prays for him.
Mannu meets Raj. Raj says I can’t take you inside house. Mannu says I have to win Jagan’s trust by getting file. Raj says I will give you file by window and keep file back, come at 2. Mannu thanks Raj and says you are very nice. Jagan says Mannu won’t be able to get fine. Sushila says we will win both ways, if he gets file, we will get to know tender quotation and win, if he does not get file, the blame on Amba will be proved right, so Jagan will win anyway, right. Jagan smiles.
Raman makes Raj sit in the car. Mannu comes their home and sees Raj leaving. Raj drops a note for Mannu. Mannu looks around and sees the note. He reads, sorry, I can’t help you, Papa ji is sending us to city. Mannu says what will I do now, who will I win Jagan’s trust. He tries to get inside the house. He looks into the house and gets scared seeing a servant. A vase falls. Mannu runs to hide. Servant checks in storeroom. Mannu hides. He thinks where is Harjeet’s room.
Amrit asks servant what happened. He says I think I saw some kid. She asks him to go and decorate house. Mannu gets into some room and checks cupboard. He gets tender file and thinks its same file, now I can win Jagan’s trust. Harjeet comes to his room. Mannu hears footsteps and hides. Harjeet gets call and says yes, I will say tender quotation, where did file go. Mannu thinks what to do, Harjeet is finding this file.
Mannu keeps file back and hides. Harjeet gets the file and talks to the man. Amrit sees Mannu hiding, in the mirror. She gets shocked. Harjeet asks her to keep files in cupboard. She says whats Mannu doing here. Harjeet stops and takes watch from mirror. He leaves. Amrit goes to Mannu. Mannu gets shocked.
Amrit asks Mannu why are you here…. Mannu gets shocked. Raavi asks Jagan which chunri shall I wear. He asks is it my marriage. She asks which kurta will Sukhi wear. He says he looks like monkey’s child.
Sukhi says Papa ji then you are monkey. Jagan gets angry. Raavi says your Papa is Shah. She asks Jagan not to get angry, its Diwali, we are preparing for Laxmi puja, since I came in this house, I dreamt to light diya as Shah’s wife, I will get chance today, no one can stop me.
Jagan says its not a big thing, its just diya. Raavvi says its big thing, Bebe used to make elder bahu light diya. He says do anything. Sushila asks Jagan why is he losing senses, Mannu is very clever, he is 7 year old, but his sense is double. Jagan asks what shall I do, shall I distribute sweets, you are praising Mannu and I m in tension.
She asks did you see duck. He says yes, this is the zoo. Sukhi says I have seen duck in pond. Sushila says duck looks calm when it swims, and inside the water, it hits legs fast. You use senses and no one should know what are you planning. Raavi says right, become duck. Jagan thinks.
Amrit asks Mannu what were you doing, if Harjeet knows, it will be big fight. Mannu says I wll keep file before Harjeet knows, trust me. Amrit says this is stealing. Mannu says I don’t know who gets tender, I won’t let Jagan win, I have to make him lose, else I can never win over him, trust me, I will get file back. Amrit says no Mannu, I can’t let you take this file, Harjeet will need file in puja. Mannu says fine, I will not take file. Amrit asks him to go now before anyone sees him. He says fine, look outside if anyone is there. She says wait. Mannu runs away with the file. Amrit gets shocked.
Jagan eats food. Mannu comes home and shows file, saying I got this. Jagan and Sushila get shocked. Jagan coughs and looks for water. Sushila gives him water. She asks him not to show Mannu that he did big work, become duck. Jagan says what big thing did you do, keep this here and go home. Sushila says you did great Mannu, have this. She asks Jagan shall I give money to Mannu for his hardwork. Jagan says fine. She says keep this, it will be of use. Mannu says thanks, you are very nice. She asks him to go. Jagan thinks Mannu did big work and smiles.
